Staff takes forever just to take your order regardless of how many people they?re serving that day. They often get your order... wrong, forget to have it prepared, or don?t announce it when it gets do the counter, not to mention anything that isn?t a donutis overcooked every time. I?d use the app but for literally no reason it won?t take my card. Manager openly treats heremployees like garbage, particularly the ones I appreciate the most. It?s no wonder they struggle so much. I was surprised this morning by how the manager acted this morning. They gave me the wrong order when I told the person at the... window who told me to keep it as they couldn't give to anyone else. In the mean time I had to wait until they made my bagel thegirl came back and said she had to take back the wrong order at the mangers request she shouldn't of given it to me..what? Howpetty and they would rat h er throw it away ? they screw up my order make me wait and then do that?? Not sure what this managerproblem is but wow Read more
I waited for awhile but I had time to everything came out right I do have a suggestion instead of putting 2 glazed doughnuts in... a bag and squishing them together maybe put a waxed paper or something so they aren't so hard to pull apart. Coffee was good, service was terrible. Went through drive-thru handed a $20 to cashier for my $4.85 coffee and got .15 cents... back. After explaining that I gave a $20 I received a blank stare from the girl who looked extremely high. After about 2 minutesof her staring at the register I got the additional $15 back. Wow Read more
The wait was very long!! Sat in line for atleast 15 mins for my order. It is understandable as you still cannot go inside. Staff... was super polite and apologized for the wait time all my food and drinks were made correctly. Just have to get better with thewait time! Read more
They can't seem to make coffee correctly . I do however give 3 chances before I give a review. But this Dunkin just doesn't cut... it . If you want to wait for 30 minutes and still not have your order correct then this place is for you Read more
