Not worth visiting, lobby is never open, when we went last 3 times card systems were down, service by most of the employees is... abysmal and 99% of the time our food is completely and entirely wrong. The restaurant was clean, but the staff had some difficult challenges the day we were there which I feel they handled well. They... had no syrup for fountain sodas. They were given waters to hand out until the syrup arrived. They did run out of waters by thetime we finished eating. Food was hot, but a little slow to come out. Read more
Honestly very disappointed going here today. Whatever I tried ordering I was kept being told that they don?t have it. My company ordered online and we received a call from this store that they do don't orders this large (it was 30 pieces of... chicken and some sides). They told us we had to go online to cancel it. There isn't a place online to cancel an order when youdon't have a KFC account, so I called the store back and was very rudely dismissed by the female who answered the phone. I hadto ask for her manager who finally got me the number for customer service. The whole debacle was ridiculous at best. I orderedmyself from here just a couple weeks ago and was given a famous bowl with 99% mashed potatoes, about 4 pieces of chicken andwhat looked like 3 pieces of shredded cheese. No corn. If I were you, I'd skip getting food from this KFC. Terrible service andpoor food quality. Read more
