I placed a call-in order at 1030 am on the morning of my son's birthday on 9/23/22 (after calling the day before to see when I... should place the order). I arrived at the 6 pm time for my scheduled pickup and when I walked through the door the frontcounter was extremely rude telling me they were not accepting new orders and that because of the "morning crew not preppingpies" and because "someone placed a big order that morning", that they were two hours behind!! Needless to say that I was theguy who ordered, but was told to called the day of!!! To make matters worse, while I was standing there waiting for my order tobe completed, the man continued to serve out smaller order of people who placed them later than mine, instead of taking care ofme. To be honest the pizzas were burnt with a lot of bubbles and were cut poorly, for someone who just paid $113.00 for pizzaand bread sticks. It was even a hassle to get extra sauce for the bread sticks from the cooler. I've been a fan of LittleCaesar's since the 90's and this experience was so bad that words don't do it justice. Currently I have been on hold on yourcustomer service phone line for twenty-five mins. and still holding!!!! I'm not sure if it's because you are that thorough orthat there are that many complaints. This experience has been poor all around and saving a few bucks, was not worth being 45minutes late for my son's party or the quality of the pies themself. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME FOR PARTIES AND LARGE ORDERS!!! Prices are not reasonable for the quality and they were better when they were $5 dollar pies!!!! Doing too much for their owngood and quality is suffering......I would have been better off going next door and getting Ellio's pizzas from the freezersection!!!! Read more
Arrived at 11h00, they opened right after and dude tella me I would have to wait 30 min because they have orders..... damm, why... you advertise you always have some ready? You should adjust you production in order to support drop in customer when you open. Read more
At this store I felt the customer service was great, however a friend had a procedure done and was hungry . We ordered two large... ???? and since we had a long day we never complained my friend ate a whole pizza , I felt mine was burnt and I only had threeslices. My friend ate more and realized it was burnt. I told him that .To much was eating that we didn't do a return. It was along day for us. Read more
Delivery guy dropped my pizza. Pie was all over inside box. Put it back together best I could because the cutting was a... nightmare. Put it in the oven as it was cold. Finally got chance to eat it and it was so salty I fed it to my potbellied pig. I love salt, but this was disgusting. Never again. Read more
Trash at making square za. Pizza taste is usually decent. How it is put together seems lazy.
