Not impressed. There was no one at the drive up window that they told me to go to after I ordered. So I figured I could get mt... food from inside. To find out the access was locked, and the inside was closed to public. All you could do is the drive upwindow, which meant I had to wait in a long line again. The wait forthe drive up window was ridiculously long. There was no wayI was waiting in this long line again, so I drove off never getting my food that day. Had an unfortunate experience through the drive through recently, but I understand. Being short staffed due to call outs can be... rough. Thank you for those who were working hard to fill the flood of lunch orders. The food quality was still on par for myexpectations during a busy time of day for McDonald's. Read more
I ordered 2 hamburgers and a spicy chicken sandwich. The burgers had one drop of mustard, same with the ketchup, no onions, and... 1 pickle. My sandwich didn't have lettuce, and 2 pickles. The fries were chewy and not fresh or hot! For 13.84, it sucked Read more
Very very disappointed with my latest experience at this McDonald?s. I am not usually one to go write bad reviews, but I feel as... though this needs to be stated. My boyfriend and I just wanted to get some food through the drive thru and all of a sudden themanager comes outside our car and starts yelling at us being extremely rude saying we need to be inside the cones when we wereliterally just following the other cars. We politely said okay and then we drove back around and I guess we were driving toofast for him. He yelled at us again saying that there?s a speed limit at McDonald?s which seems like he was lying just becausehe?s a miserable human being who wanted to kick someone out. He then threatened to call the cops on us and my boyfriend?sresponse was ?Call the cops, I just want some food.? We ended up getting kicked out and went to Wendy?s instead. Order has been wrong 3 times out of 5 at the drive thru. This time ordered a chocolate shake got vanilla. Ordered 2 large fries... and got 1. Too late to turn around. Tired of losing money there. Never again. Read more
As you see I say I was fine in but that is a joke at this location. In the morning 2 people open and run this place by... themselves. In the afternoon the lobby is closed more than it is open that is with a full crew. The manager a shorter tubbywoman as soon as she walks in immediately shuts down the lobby. I come here all the time because of how close it is to my house. I get the same thing every time. Chicken Nuggets that are well... done. They have done it every time with no complaints. Today, I was told that ?they don?t do that and they?ve never donethat?with the rudest attitude. She continued to say ?you can get them how they come or not at all?. Which is a lie because I gothere almost every day for my lunch break. Regardless, I left and went to Biddeford McDonald?s that didn?t even question it whenI ordered. Friendly staff, two lane drive thru, round up for Ronald McDonald's house please. I always do. They provide such needed... assistance to families with children in the hospital.
