I haven't been in a lobby of a fast food restaurant in a very long time, I was standing at the counter for at least 3 minutes... watching people attend to the drive thru window before I realized that you have to use the touch screen at the counter. A workerin the prep area was just staring at me and they had AC/DC blasting out of the kitchen area, that along with the lobby music wasawful. Staff not responsive and music was inappropriate and loud. Read more

My experience with Wendy?s in Saco was terrific! This is the way customers should be served and treated. They were extremely... friendly and professional. A mistake was made on the order. The manager over heard us talking about the order. He prepared thecorrect burger without telling us and served it, to our surprise! This is how business should be conducted. The manager andemployees are voice of Wendy?s. They just represented Wendy?s well. Thank you, Ryan Read more

So if I was person running wendy I would be a shamed. I legit waited in line for 45 minute then got to the speaker and the guy... was like i will be with you in 5 mins. If this is not what my kid wanted I would be out. It says online and on the door you cango inside until 10 and again it's close before even 7pm. Understand people are short staff everywhere but if you're not gonnaopen a dining room then maybe you should take it off line that the dining room is closed until further notice because it doesnot say that. And maybe the more polite to the guest on the speaker instead of being rude when you're trying to tell them whatyou want for food. If I could give a 0 star I'd give a 0 star but you can't on this thing. Read more

Stopped in tonight. Horrible service! Got half my order wrong and forgot the other half all together. It can't even be called... fast food anymore. Cold, 40 minute wait. Every employee working at this location should be fired. Won't go again. All this andevery one of them texting and playing on their phones. If that's the work ethic in millennials we are screwed Read more

I went back to Wendy's today for one last try and had an "OH Yeah" moment as to why I haven't been there in a couple years.... Cold, flabby fries. Half full. Ordered a Dave's triple, got a cold double. My daughter said the chicken sandwich was OK. Nostraw, no napkins, no receipt. Loved Wendy's as a kid. Never again. For real this time. There is to much competition out thereto operate like this. GOOD LUCK. Read more

The parking lot and surrounding area smells terrible, forget about sitting in your car and eating here and the breeze coming in... the windows while waiting in the drive thru makes you completely forget you're hungry. Short staffed so you have to go to thedrive thru for service and The person at the speaker was less than friendly. The fries were fresh out of the oil and my burgerwas good Read more

Please stop giving Wendy's money. As a fast food place, it's my favorite. After eating there this week, I won't be anymore. It... was around 2pm on a weekday, and the drive-through was a traffic jam. They were moving about one car in fifteen minutes. If Ihadn't already paid for my online order, I would have gone somewhere else. I went inside to pick-up my food, and the place wasa disaster. The employees were running around like headless chickens, and ordering inside the restaurant had been reduced to"kiosk only." I was there over an hour. As someone who has ever had a job before, this means the following: Wendy's doesn't payenough to keep good employees, so those who remain are overworked AND underpaid. Wendy's doesn't support their locationmanagers. When I've worked in food before, if there was a strangely-timed, mad rush at one location, the manager would be on thephone with other places, asking them to send help, which they usually would. As long as you keep giving Wendy's money for theservice they're providing, they'll keep doing things this way. Vote with your wallet. I've only ever seen this kind of thing atnationwide/global chain fast food eateries. I don't see it at Portland Pie; I don't see it at Elevation Burger; I don't see itat Holey Donut. Read more
