Chicken tenders were dried out and over priced. . My kids didn't eat a bite of their food. I basically paid $18 for a drink.... Their food was horrible. Never again. I should've read the reviews before hand. Won't be surprised when they close thisestablishment. Disappointing Read more
Best root beer hands down. Classic burger and fries. Cheese curds are bomb
They changed their fries they are now thick super seasoned and disgusting. They messed up my order mind u there was no one else... there and they maid us wait in a pickup spot. Gave no napkins or butter or honey for my bfs KFC. I got a papa burger is wasDISGUSTING, sopping wet dripping with grease and had a strange flavor. Worst burger I've ever had from any ff. Definitely willnever eat here again, especially to spend $30 just to trash my whole meal. Read more
Visited this location as I always do whenev I'm in the Sac area (living ~60 miles out) and this time, they fell FAR short of the... mark. I always get the much coveted cheese curds for the drive home and some chicken legs for the kids (can't find cheese curdseven remotely close to home). I was saddened when I bit into ALMOST EVERY cheese curd there was no cheese in them-- it was justcrust & oil ???? I think there were MAYBE 3-4 curds in there that had the melty cheese like it should and usually always does.Not the end of the world, just very disappointing that they actually thought I wouldn't notice and packaged the rogue emptycurds to sell to me. Like, don't rush the deepfry process with these things! I don't mind parking out front of the establishmentto wait for them! I mean, y'all had me wait (as usual, no biggy) anyways, so why the heck you give me this garbage?! One of 2things took place: 1) they flash fried them too hot & fast (which causes to crust to rupture, thereby spilling the melted cheeseout) or 2) they actually gave them to me purposely because they were too lazy to make some fresh. I remember the good ole days when A&W had the dine in your car setup and had a craving for root beer, so I stopped by...sadly,... nothing is the same. The food was cold (I ate while driving). The burger reminded me of the soybean burgers that were served insome public schools and the root beer.... just flat...so much for nostalgia. Read more
I wish I could give 0 stars. Absolutely TERRIBLE food and customer service. Has definitely changed over time. Food there is... overpriced, greasy, small portions, and either burnt food, or not cooked all the way. They are also not very friendly at all. Iwish I would have waited in the line for in-n-out instead of coming here. No wonder there was only one car in their drive-thru.I ordered from the A&W menu, and got the bacon cheeseburger meal. It looks like a kids meal.. bacon was burnt so bad on theoutside, and not cooked it the middle.. the size of the fries is extremely small, and most of them were cold to begin with. The chicken was pretty dried like it had been sitting under a lamp for way too long. Particularly not great for the time of day... we were there. For the price I paid, I felt a bit robbed. The staff was pretty friendly though and when they messed my order upthey fixed it pretty quickly. Read more
