Don't go to the one on Alhambra Blvd it sucks they never have enough people working the food comes out either cold or they make... it wrong. I have waited for my order sometimes for almost 1 hour. They don't have a manager that cares about the store. It'salways dirty and tables very sticky soda area very dirty and sticky. The location on Florin Rd. They are nice the store isclean they've remodeled it's very nice. Sometimes they're slow at night because they're under staffed. They have gotten myorder wrong a few times but they fix the problem. We bought the buy one get one burger combo on Tuesday's and they were really good. The root beer is so delicious too. The person... at the drive through was very nice too. Very clean outside the restaurant too. We will definitely come here again. Read more
One day while visiting our elderly aunties, they were raving about this awesome burger place that someone had taken them to.... They couldn't remember the name, but while driving them to go shopping, they both gleefully pointed out A&W. I love the factthat A&W still mixes their root beer on location with real sugar, and I'm never one to pass up a Papa burger combo with a $1beverage upgrade to a root beer freeze. Read more
I first went in and asked if I could use the bathroom and surprisingly they let me without me first being a customer. I then... went to my car and went through the drive through and ordered a root beer freeze and a cheesecurd. Their customer service wasexcellent and when I got to the window the guy explained that they ran out of icecream but he did replace the mix and it wouldtake 2 mins to make then asked if I'd like a float or would I like to wait the 2 mins I said I'd wait an instead of him makingme go park on the side he let me wait right at the window which was nice. When he gave me everything he apologized for the waitand even one sized up my freeze. The young gentleman had A1 customer service and smiled the entire time. Read more
The food was subpar. We ordered from the KFC side and they didnt have any chicken breasts nor were able to make the... substitutions we wanted. When the food arrived it was disapointing. Also we felt unwelcome since they were putting everyone'sorders as to go without even asking. All the customers sat in the diner to consume their meals. Yet all meals were packed to go. Read more
HORRIBLE. I'm sitting at the restaurant right now. Waited 20 mins just for 2 orders of the $5 meal. The cashier could not get... the order right to start of with, we had to repeat the order 4 times. Then when we finally got our order, one of the mealsdidn't have the fries. My boyfriend went back to the counter to get the fries, another person comes back with the wrong ordertoo and they attend him first and had my bf waiting for a long time. Took 28 minutes for one famous bowl, and they didn't even put a fork in the bag. They were all giving it their all... but they... were running around like a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off. Feel like it's a management issue. Read more
Very disappointed in my food, burnt, cold cheese curds drenched in caramel, instead of the dipping sauce like asked for. They... asked me to park then came back and asked for my card again, the employee CLIMBED through the drive thru window with my card.Horrible fries, not like any other A&W I've ever been too.
