The whole lunch crew should be fired! It took me twice around the drive through, and a trip back inside by the employee because... they forgot my chili fries. My burger was cold. It took them 39 minutes to get it wrong! Negative Stars! Read more

Last time I ordered from here there system was in extremely bad shape. Be cautious ordering from here. As is it's on my list of... stores to not order from because they will definitely mess up your order. Read more
The crew was very very rude to me I had to repeat my order several times when I got to the window they told me they no longer do... the 2 for ten when it's still on the board and in commercials my drinks were wrong and filled half way the burgers were cold andhard. Every single time I order from this specific location they ALWAYS forget at least 1 thing wether it?s on doordash or through the... drive through, they literally don?t follow basic instructions, definitely needs new employees as well. I placed an order todayand even called to make sure they had everything correct and asked them to read it back TWICE and they still managed to forgotmy drink and the food was sitting for so long everything was cold by the time I got it. Really great pricing on good American hamburgers and root beer floats. They still sell A&W Root Beer by the half gallons for... like four bucks. I got a huge milkshake for 4 dollars that was too big for me and I'm a ice cream freak! Read more
I was having an excellent meal with my two boys aged 6 and 8. We each got a double bacon cheeseburger. But my youngest overdid... it by wanting a burger like everyone else and was not happy because he usually gets it plain. Well, this nice lady workingthere noticed he was unhappy. I said the food was great, but that he got picky and decided he only wanted a plain burger. Sheperked right on up, "You want a Plane Jane burger honey? I'll make you one in a second! And here, have a free cookie too,while you wait!" I don't remember every having had such a great experience of such an outstanding offer of a quick fix withfree food in all my life.
