The papa burger sandwich was so old the bun was beyond soggy (deteriorating) the fries were cold.

This place brought back many memories of a younger time in my life. The recipe has maintained the flavor of the root beer. but... the employees were less than 'focused ' on the A & W products. The restaurant shares space with another 'fast foodestablishment' & it seemed to have priority over the A&W. I enjoyed my root beer float, but will make one at home next time. Read more
Lately I been getting root beer freeze from a & w cause they're really refreshing. Sometimes I ask for extra ice cream because... the ice cream makes it thicker. Yea I get it it's an extra charge but there's been multiple times where I get charged for extraice cream and its not added into my freeze. I will not be returning to this a&w for this simple and common mistake. Read more
Food is smaller than usual. Customer service is good but understaffed. Food is bland. Will not provide sauces unless you pay for... the chicken. Chicken little was half an ounce in weight. This location is merged with KFC, you can place an order and pick up your food with KFC but have to go through a app like Door... dash or Uber eats for A&W. For the exact same location whether it?s delivery or pickup someone make this make sense. My businessis next door so I have no reason to door dash something I can walk next door to pick up. It is unfortunate that a business wouldtake advantage of their customers by forcing them to pay unnecessary service fees. Read more
