Worst dining experience. Fish did not taste fresh. Presentation was a disappointment. Service was also bad. We came for my... son's birthday and was hoping for a better experience than we got. Went to eat at Arigato sushi on March 31, 2022. In the photos provided, the orders included are the Una-Tem roll, Arigato roll,... and Tempura Combo. Arriving into the establishment, it was made apparent with signage and just the atmosphere that waitinglonger for ordering, being seated, getting food, and the bill would be an expectation. There were about 2 servers going aroundto serve 17 customers. This was my first time eating here. The tempura was fine but I would not order it again because it didnot provide enough tasting impact. However, it was not lathered with unagi sauce so that should not be any surprise. In terms ofrecommendation, I really enjoyed the Arigato roll for the tasty assorted fish. Read more
We decided to make our way to Sacramento for the evening on Sunday 12/26 to visit family so of course we had to stop and grab... some sushi for dinner! I've had Arigato multiple times since we use to live in Arden about 2 years ago. So it for sure was onof our favorite spots to grab a couple of rolls, this just being my first time to review it. This place is always packed, Icalled and they said a 40 min wait but thankfully when we arrived it was only a 25 min estimated wait time. We I let ended upwaiting 23 for a group off 5. Lemme just start by saying the staff is super attentive and friendly and welcoming and movethrough the rush well. We got seated at our table and the waitress. Quickly made her way to us. We ordered our drinks and afterthey arrived I placed our sushi order. The way we do sushi in my family is everyone let's me choose what we are gonna eat andhow many rolls get thrown on the table depending how hungry we are. Let's just say today was a very hungry evening. This place gets pretty busy at night and I don't think there are enough servers. Our waitress came, took our order and left real... quick. When she dropped off our food she took off before we had a chance to ask her a question. If you are looking for greatservice this is not the place but the food is good. Ordered sushi online, love their sushi and their sauce makes everything better. Had my husband pick it up on the way from work.... And told him to get sauce should be 4 for free since we ordered 4 rolls. They told him he had to pay for them because it wasn'tpaid for online when I ordered. Which I know they give 1 little sauce cup per roll for free and we didn't need any extra afterthat. They didn't give it to him or free and told them their policy is "additional sauce is .25cent" which is fine but that's"extra" sauce you get after the free ones. That's what "additional" means you get some and if you want more to add to the freeones you have to pay. It's so irritating and the rolls we did get didn't even have sauce on them at all which they usually do.Iwish had taken a picture off them but I didn't.
