The service here is unmatched and the food is delicious no matter what you get! A great place for brunch with friends and... family. Was in an unfamiliar area and this place caught my eye as a good place to try for brunch. It was late morning on a Sunday, so I... knew there may be a wait. But wasnt expecting to hear a 90 min wait. We decided to order some mimosas while we waited. Justordering those was a bit of an ordeal. There seemed to be quite a bit of confusion behind the counter between people picking upto-go orders and people wanting to place orders. That part wasn't great, but not horrible either. We got thru half our carafeof mimosas when our name was called, which ended up being a tad less than an hour. That was a relief, as we were hungry. Ourserver, Kristine, quickly attended to us soon after sitting and it wasn't long after that we had some glasses of water too. Shedid a fantastic job attending to us throughout our meal. Now the food. I ordered a Waffle with eggs (over easy) and sausage.Everything was cooked well. The Waffle was just ok though. Didn't taste much different than an Eggo Waffle. Which isn'thorrible, but I expect a little more when eating out. It was topped with fruit which was a nice touch. My date ordered a baconmelt with Country potatoes, and that was pretty good. I wasn't a fan of the potatoes, they were cut into very large pieces. Butthat's a personal choice. In regards to price, I'd say it was fairly reasonable. So why only 3 stars? Considering the wait, thefood wasn't worth that wait. It was decent, but not good enough for that kind of wait. I've had much better brunches elsewhere. Read more
I like a lot the space and the interior design. My girl did not like the coffee, we tried the chicken waffle. Got there early ..thankfully as the place filled up all the inside tables within five min! The coffee is great! Even comes with... real cream in miniature milk bottles. I had the grilled cheese Benedict. Loved the spin on a grilled cheese to add the eggsBenedict. The potatoes were also really good. My wife had the bacon melt sandwich...she said it was so yummy. This is a greatace to eat, and I can see why it's so busy. Highly recommend. Read more
My family had been raving about this place for quite some time and I managed a visit recently. They are very busy most times,... for good reason, because their meals are delicious, and a little "upscale" for the diner vibe that the ambience exudes. We triedout various things including their house-made cinnamon rolls, the kitchen sink (eggs on top of a potato and mushroom hash), andtheir extremely fluffy pancakes. Portions are very generous too. The place was very cute. I like the design in the decor of the restaurant not crazy about having to scan something for a menu... their chocolate milk was amazing their biscuits were very moist not dry I believe they're a butter and lard mixture with thosebiscuits I thought the place was very cute reminded me of a place near the beach which would have made this place that muchbetter if it was did have to wait for table. So I went with huge expectations -and that might not have been very fair. The wait for two was over an hour, and they don't have... a text system, so you have to hang around and hover. I really don't like that. The service was friendly and very attentive. Thefood portions and prices were also excellent. The food quality wasn't something I'd crave to go back for; it just didn't seem tojustify the hype. I'd go back to try again, but spending an hour+ waiting in a parking lot feels a bit asinine.
