Every time I come here it?s a huge disappointment it is never easy to just buy ice cream!!! I am never coming here again. It?s... always understaffed. ALWAYS. I have gone only to leave empty handed because they?re also often out of flavors. I came to buysome ice cream today just two pre packed containers and after waiting 20 min I was told their cc system was down. So I couldn?tpurchase anything and just wasted my time. Horrible service, shouldn't talk about other employees that aren't there infront of customers. It's unprofessional and the lady... who was helping us was rude and same with the lady who checked us out. Instead of standing around doing nothing, you should takeorders and not rush the people who were in line. Asking me 4 times what I ordered, rushing me to remember because everyone elsedoesn't. I admire a well run business. The atmosphere from walking through the doors is uplifting when I?m already happy to just have ice... cream. Clean, well lit and they carry both our favorite ice cream, Reese?s peanut butter cup and chocolate peanut butter. Theyalso have dairy free choices. Large parking lot. Quick and friendly service. I will not be coming here again. My scoops were not complete rolls - the middle of my scoops were hollow. I was charged .99... cents for sprinkles, and it was about half of the spoon that they use to dish the sprinkles. -_- I was charged a dollar forwhipped cream that you can see by the picture was about the size of a quarter. As the girl handed me my ice cream, I looked atthe whipped cream and questioned the amount given vs the amount charged and she replied that is what they are told to give for adollar and that they cant control how much their boss makes them give or charge. She then followed it up with stating that theyare told that they are the highest charging Baskin Robbins around. I go to Baskin Robbins often and have tried many locations.This was the first time I felt like I wasted my money and did not get my money's worth. I would highly suggest anyone to drivea couple miles further to the next location. Read more

Been here a couple of times. The service is amazing and all employees are friendly. I hope to work here soon as a part time job.
