Generally a positive experience, so I will focus on why this restaurant looses one star. I was here for the first time on a... Thursday, between 12pm and 1:30. For the time, I consider the place to have been relatively busy. It was about 10-15 min afterI was seated before the waitress came to me. In my opinion, any place with brewery in the title needs to serve you a beerrelatively soon after arriving, then I don't mind waiting. I ordered the prime rib dip, but they were out of prime rib, so Ihad the chesesteak. I heard from othet people ordering that they were also out of margarita flights and something else I forget.Considering they were busy, I don't consider this acceptable. While not a cheesesteak expert, I have never bern to Philly, Ifeel I know good cheesesteak. The cheesesteak at BJ's, while it had good beef, didn't really taste like a cheesesteak, probablybecause it was lacking in cheese. I liked the three different BJ's beers that I tried. If i could give this place 1 star. I WOULD. if you pay almost $70 for dinner, it should be cooked properly not burned down.

We ordered the $30 ribeye and it was mainly fat and did not taste good. Definitely not worth the money. I was unable to talk to... our server about it because she did not check in with us until we were already ready for the check and was very inattentive.Also ordered a side of asparagus and they had very little flavor. Ate at this location this weekend — ordered a burger and fries. Burger had blonde hair (definitely not mine) cooked onto the... meat patty and in the fries. Food was remade and I took it to go — got home and new fries still had hair in them. Didn’tgive it a 1 because I liked our server Brian but needless to say— that is gross. Suggestion: cooks should wear hairnets andservers delivering food should have their hair tied back to prevent this issue. Read more

Omg! My server Corinne was super awesome! She made her rounds and made sure everyone was taken care of. The whole staff was... friendly and prompt. This is what I call "Customer Service "! Took awhile to get our order. Then had a little mixup with the cook not using a gluten free bun that the waitress did write... down. Took my wife's meal back to fix. Took a long time to come out with the replacement. Meanwhile I'm being a gentlemanwaiting for her food to arrive before eating. My plate got cold before she finally got her food. Her Burger was supposed to bemedium but came well done. At this point she was just ready to eat. But hey, we were comped the $1.50 gluten free bun after allthat. Read more

Grand daughter's choice to have her birthday luncheon for her 11th birthday ???? We were a party of 8, after spending time... reviewing their menu, and making our selections, some family members were informed some items were not available for what everreason. Ordered take-out from here a few times since moving here. The food is good but I think it would taste better if it was eaten at... the restaurant instead of the to go containers. The fries are almost always cold and my wife’s flatbread pizza has always beena hit or a miss depending on who prepared it. Also had problems with the online ordering system - I got a message that our foodwas ready for pickup. When we got there, they said they were “still working on it” and it would be out soon. It was readyafter 10 minutes and my entree was cold (but my wife’s was hot). Will have to try eating in the restaurant to see if it is anybetter. Read more
