Said it would be done by 6:50. Waited 20 min and when I got in the car it was cold. Idk if they cooked it all the way or if it... comes frozen and they warm it. I have been here during lunch time and the food quality is way better. My cheese at least melted.Man disappointed . I recommend going to Mod pizza at this point. And I really love this pizza..... We were celebrating my boss' birthday. The food was good. Nothing wrong with the food. Three stars because our waitress wasn't... genuinely nice. She sounded really fake. A fake nice. My co worker said the waitress rolled her eyes. I ordered the prime ribspecial that came with a pizookie dessert. The waitress forgot it. I had to mention it. I have a feeling she remembered but justdidn't want to give it to me. Not sure why she was having a bad day. We were nice to her. I got my pizookie to go. As for myprime rib, it was good. I will get it again. The cut was thick and juicy. I love it that they didn't trim the fat off. I willalso like to mention that the lighting here is beyond dim. 2 stars Only because the food was good except the steak ordered. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced absolute... horrible customer service. The guy waiter walked around giving no care to helping his customers as I watched several othergroups struggled to get him to help with an order or get something they needed like in my case silverware. I was told sitanywhere by the front desk girl. Once seated waiting and watching to see who my server would be for 10 minutes when the abovementioned waiter came I gave my order of boneless wings and the steak and chicken dinner. As I finished telling him I wantedthe sides I wanted with the steak he walked off. I was like ok. Realizing I never told him how I wanted the steak cooked. I’m waiting as he’s sitting with it seems coworker’s or people he knew at a both then going to the bar to talk to the barstaff. Everyone still waiting and I kept waving trying to get his attention to tell him about the steak. A lady brought myboneless wings and I said could I get some silverware please. She replied she would tell the waiter. 10 minutes go by I’mstill trying to get my waiters attention and when he walks by I’m like hey man. I need some silverware and also, before Icould finish he said sure thing and walked off to another table. 15 minutes go by he walks by again I’m like dude I needsilverware to eat these and I been trying to make sure my steak is medium well to well just not pink. He said sure thing. Iget my steak 5 minutes later just after he finally 40 minutes later brought my silverware my steak was super raw/red barelycooked. I was going to tell him but he was no where to be seen for 10 minutes. I ate my boneless wings chicken and sides andtook my steak to feed to my dogs. Stopped by while at the mall. Seated right away and was fairly busy. Pizza was good as was the avocado egg rolls. 4/5 due to... not getting plates, refills, condiments etc and not finding server after food was delivered and having to wait while the foodgot cold. Read more
brush!! Must've been short handed. Our wait was supposed to be 15 minutes but was close to 30. We got seated and waited some... more. Then our wait person, Given, showed up. He was patient as we aired our grievances. Then I explained that two of our partywere out if towners and first time BJers! He immediately stepped his game up and really made up for the slow start to our meal. He has a great attitude and made this group of ole ladies ????smile! BTW.. Great service for lunch bar is well stocked and bar staff are always on point. I enjoy the happy hour specials they Are a good... for the money. Food is alway consistently great. They can be busy on Sundays for football but are well staff and handle therush no problem. Read more
Was completely disappointed by this bj’s. It was an absolute nightmare, we had to wait for our food for an hour. 3 times they... had to come back and say they’re out of some ingredients like guacamole. I asked if they could put avocado instead and guesswhat , they had it but could make guacamole? It literally has 3 simple ingredients and easy to make it. Besides that, my mediumwell patty was burned and tasted bitter. On top of that, our waiter was extremely rude and we had 3 other waiters coming up tous because the other one couldn’t handle it herself. Chose any other location of BJ’s and don’t waste your time and money. Read more
