I?ve only been to the Arden location and this is my first time here. I stopped by around 1230 for lunch.As soon as I walked in I... noticed how this is more a restaurant theme than the Arden location. I was promptly seated and given a menu. The space insidelooks nice with black tables and gray chairs. They also have a bar area! As far as alcohol they have draft beer, bottled beer,and bonchon wines! I ordered the lunch special that consisted of 4 wings and 2 drums. For my side I upgraded and got theseasoned fries. The food came out promptly and it all looked amazing. I breading they use is amazing!! I did like the wingsmuch better than the drums but that?s just me. The fries were very good with their seasoning. Maybe the rest of the menu is fine, but the chicken strips are robbery. These used to be meaty, flavorful strips that are now... worse than what you'd find at a carnival. A recent reviewer's photos are accurate --- you're paying nearly $20 for frozen,store-bought strips (and I genuinely suspect they are using prepackaged strips). I decided to keep buying the chicken strips from the Natomas location because they still had the old recipe. We decided to... order again today and I am VERY disappointed because they changed the strips here too. They are nowhere near as good as theyused to be. They are hard, crunchy, and dry. They have way too much breading now and it's gross. You can barely tell there ischicken in the strips anymore each bite because it's no longer juicy. BonChon used to be unique and now they sold out to havecheap inedible chicken strips that I can just go buy at the grocery store. It's sad they changed one of the best things theyhad. My boyfriend and I will no longer be buying from BonChon and will try to find another Korean place that makes goodstrips. Change your chicken back to the way it used to be. Read more

My family have always loved Bonchon... today was the first time we dined in again after the lockdown was lifted. We ordered take... out a lot of times and they never got our orders wrong, unlike some of the other places... and most of the time the food wasreally good... we've tried almost everything on the menu. Staff was always polite and friendly from answering the phone thrupicking up our food. So today, I took my Mom out to lunch and were greeted and shown to a table right away... masks and socialdistancing were pretty much implemented. We ordered tofu soup, ginger salad with tofu and japchae which were all generouslyportioned. Our server was attentive and on-point the whole time. We also ordered the Salmon Ball and the Family Meal to takehome. All in all it was a good lunch not just because the food was good but mainly because of the staff working that day.
