This place was packed on a Sunday. It was a good service and food was delicious.

My family and I come here Often but tonight 11/2/22 will be the last time we?ll come here. The wait time was absolute... ridiculous on a Wednesday evening and not even busy. By the time we even got to order our food we?d had already been there for 1hour. The service was horrible. The waitress that was taking our order took way too long to come and take our order. I had my 2kids waiting over an hour to eat. I had to get up and look for napkins myself because they never brought us any. It felt likethe waitress was not paying us any attention. After I asked of were going to order soon she said that she didn?t have any helpshe was taking care of that whole sitting section on her own. I don?t think BWW should hire teenagers that don?t have anyurgency nor great customer service. Now they will be loosing out on loyal customers. Read more

Where do I start. Went here for a Monday night footbal and sat in bar area. The waitress never passed by for over 10 min. This... should have been a sign. Finally came by and had a bad attitude. I ordered a drink and app waiting for rest of people to arrive.She never passed by again. I had to keep flagging her down. When I asked for the bill I told her to please add my rewards numberthat I wrote on the bill. Of course she did not do. I arrived at the time it was supposed to be done, waited 70 minutes, and was forced to leave after my order was still not done.... The staff was not present to help me cancel my order in the store. I watched many people give up on their orders in the waitingarea, almost the entire bar area was full and nobody had their food. All the while the one person that would occasionally cometo the front kept telling me "Your order would come out shortly". Whenever I asked for more information or for a differentupdate, she would just repeat herself again. If she just told me to come back in two hours, that would have been much better. Was my first time ordering here for takeout a month ago and I don't know what it is about this place but I feel like the service... here isn't all that great. When I got there walking in to the front door there wasn't anyone in the front counter to help meout. I waited about 10 maybe 15 minutes until someone finally helped me. On top of that my order that I've gotten which was the10 piece boneless with fries and let me tell you the fries were not fresh at all only a little warm, seemed like they were somefries that was just sitting for a long time until an order came up. If I were to rate the fries they're about 4/10 and for theboneless wings I've gotten seemed a bit on the small side but they were fresh though. If I were to rate the boneless wings byitself it's about a 7/10 since the size wasn't that great but the taste and freshness was there. I actually didn't get to dine in ,and probably will never step foot here ever agian. My family and I were not welcomed ,or... seated . After waiting 10 minutes ,I asked if they were still serving ,and a waitress cleaning the booth area said, yeah seatyour self,but at the bar area. Long story short we were going to sit in the bar area, when waitress there saw it was a group ofus she began to complain and walked away mumbling under her breath ,rolling her eyes. Super rude and unprofessional! Weimmediately walked out. I would of much rather been told that they weren't accepting any more customer than to receive such rudereaction from waitress. Read more

Waiting took absolutely forever. But our waitress was amazing and she gave me and my cousin special cups! The food was just... alright definitely not worth the 4 hour wait. If it weren?t for our amazing waitress this review wouldn?t even be one star. Read more
