I usually have a OK experience there because I only go there when i?m around the area, but today I dealt with the rudest drive... thru worker ever there. I feel bad for the workers if she is the manager. I couldn?t get her name but she?s a big person,Hispanic, and speaks rudely even though you?re ordering respectfully towards her. She has tattoos on her neck if I remembercorrectly. She rushed me through my order. I got to the window, she handed me only one drink when I ordered 2. (She forgot togive me 1 Kore drink so I had to drive back for it) She then proceed to hand me bags of my food explaining what was in each bag.I ordered 1 bacon king and 2 double cheeseburger plain. She then goes ?here is 1 bacon king and 2 bacon cheeseburger? . Ireplied ?Did you say bacon cheeseburger?? She then raises her voice once again and yells out while pointing her fingers at myface. ?You ordered a bacon king and 2 double cheeseburger plain ain?t that right?? with the worst attitude and head bopping.When she clearly said bacon cheeseburger. Horrible drive thru if I could give 0 stars I would, waited 23 minutes total and still never got food all from 1 car that had 7... people in it ordering. Management needs to be updated on large order drive thru to make them wait in front so you can get singleorders through, there was 10 cars behind me all getting irritated and no one ever came on the intercom to ask me to wait justhorrible customer service, I usually go here 3 times a week well no more. This location is regularly efficient with fresh and hot food. Drive thru is quick and orders are accurate. Employees are... personable. BK also still offers some great value items on a regular basis so is more affordable than competitors. Read more

Came here couple days ago. They made my tripple cheese whopper and other whoppers good and got the whopper order correct. Fries... fresh and hot! Fast. They forgot to give me one more order of fries but good thing I always check the bag to make sure it haseverything I order before driving off the drive thru. Cashier guy open the window and i told him I'm missing one fries and hegot me the last order of fries. I'm only giving 4 stars for now. I will bump it to 5 stars if they keep it consistent with hotgreasy burger and fries and make sure it's all correct. They make the Burger King on stockton blvd and florin rd look like ajoke.
