Stopped in for a quick bite before checkout on a Sunday. Our waiter Jason was very attentive helpful and food came out right... away. I did order the Mexican tater tots and it was good but it did need hot sauce and ketchup. We were out within a half anhour and enjoyed our food. I would warn people about the bathroom experience. The food was good, they delivered it quick to the table so the kitchen is ready to go. It was faster than IHOP. Beautiful... outdoor space and the coffee was good. Great for brunch. Had friends that had the bottomless mimosas and they weren't impressed.You're prob netter off ordering a single if you want something special. Personally I am all about customer service and how touretreated when you go out. We want an experience and I tip regardless jus because??????????? but the server wasn't pleasant. I've had this place bookmarked for the longest time and decided to visit after being recommend by a friend. It did not... disappoint! There weren't too many options that peaked my interest, unfortunately, but I was able to settle on my classic go-to;Chicken and Waffles and fries! As the photos go to show, presentation goes a long way and Cafeteria 15L definitely nails it onthat! The food also tasted great with lots of flavor in each bite. I was surprised by how addictive the shoestring fries were,because they aren't super fancy but hard to keep your hands away from! Overall, the inside vibe was great and our server wasvery attentive. I made a reservation and went right in. Took a while to get our order but the food came out quick and it was so good. I had the... chicken and waffles partner had the bacon eggs Benedict and we got the tater tots. I had a mock tail so good but sweet. He hadthe butterscotch blondy he loved it. My first time here and it may be my last because the customer service was not where it should have been and it saddened me. My... family and I had reservations for a table for 8 people for an 2:30 reservation and our table was not ready or prepared when weshowed up and a young woman started cleaning the table in front of us while we were seated. Our server seem to be attentive buthe was really not because he miss one person on our table constantly he dropped the ball. He didn’t come back to check on usor refill our water and one person asked for a refill on her drink order and she was forgetting about. Cozy little place! They have a weekend brunch special until 3pm which means they don't serve from the regular menu during those... hours. The chicken tenders were very under seasoned but cooked good. One of Sacramento's best-known dining establishments. I've been here multiple times and it never disappoints. There's a wide... variety of interesting and delicious New American dishes available, plus some yummy cocktails and killer appetizers (try the macand cheese or especially the french fry trio). We had some great service on our last visit as well. Highly recommended! Choosebetween the large outdoor patio (yes there are heaters) or the spacious and trendy dining room. I enjoyed most of the food except for the chicken. Unfortunately it was gummy and chewy but the gravy was delicious. The rest of... the food was great. The waffles had a crisp outside and a fluffy inside. The fries were crunchy on the outside and soft on theinside. The chicken fried steak was very crispy, soft, and very well cooked.
