Slow service.. Food was incredible!! Grilled Santa Fe chicken salad wonderful. My husband had the combo with half ribs and... something else. We had to request refills on iced tea and water every time. We had to request silverware. We had to requestnapkins. Was not busy,3 other tables with patrons. Had a birthday dinner redo. Ordered at the bar and were immediately greeted by both bartenders. Both women were so cheerful and... helpful with a couple questions on the new menu. Our orders were taken much faster than expected, as we were prepared and morethan happy to wait on a busy Friday. The food arrived and the bartender would not let us leave without checking it. Came with the family since they're doing dine in now. I didn't like that the waiter was way too chatty, going on about stories... to every table, which caused our table to be full of plates and drinks left unfilled. I understand to be friendly for tips, buttoo friendly interrupts your chance to give great service. We ordered the ribeye and sirloin (medium) and have to say, I wasVERY impressed with the steaks. The flavor was on point and didn't need sauce. I've ordered steak from other locations and itwasn't half as good as it was here. Food was good, service could use some work. Read more
I really appreciate the energetic, young staff at Chili's. They make the environment entertaining and fun. The drinks are always... kitschy yet delicious, the food is always consistent. Chili's ????? is a chain family restaurant so I can always rely on themenu being what I want, which is comparable to, delicious salty, cheesey, greasy bar food with a Tex Mex spin.
