Recently applied to work here and come for an interview and everything. I was so excited, as soon as I got there I waited about... 10 minutes standing there and when the lady finally came out to interview me she didn?t even approach me she just rudely handmotioned me over. Then as we we?re walking outside to interview she was pretty rude to the staff and kinda just snapped at himto clean the mess, I felt bad for him. But during the interview her whole vibe was just weird and I wasn?t liking her attitudeit was unprofessional, and im 16 so I can just tell this isn?t manager behavior if she was one, after the interview she saidthey would call me with 24 hours, the whole next day I waited for the call, no call, I call the next day asking for the managerand I guess she was already on so she answered and said ?I am? but rudely, personally I would?ve said ?Hello! this is she howmay I help you?. Told her how I interviewed and she asked me what the person who interviewed me name was but she actually didntintroduce herself, so very unprofessional. But its been a week already no call. I feel this is ongoing though, like chipotlejust has rude managers and bad customer service, and its sad because I could?ve been them as well. But I feel that managershould be fired and that the employees should be treated with respect. Worst interaction with a manager i?ve ever had, shecould?ve even have given a call back but she just lied basically. Super super unprofessional, im getting overwhelmed writingthis. Used to go here for lunches and sometimes dinner especially because they give back to local schools in their areas however now... that prices are double and many of residents in fact homeless to offset the costs of cops eating free will no longer befrequenting Chipotle anywhere. Last was there had to pay $14 for one burrito and gave $8 to an elderly gentleman it still wasn'tenough for them to but Chipotle said if you would be a cop then they can give you unlimited meals free of charge. Love chipotle but for online ordering/ take out, this one doesnt seem to read the tickets about 75% of the time. Check your food... before you leave. They usually dont pay attention to requesting light or extra. Read more

Attempted to use a Delta Airlines electronic Mastercard credit voucher at checkout. The associate at the register was very... helpful and tried to scan the QR but that failed. He asked his manager to help key in the card number manually and she refusedstating that it was not possible to do this. I paid the bill and then wrote Chipotle to inquire whether the store hadn?t theability to key-jn the card number. The reply I received was that they ?didn?t know?. Clearly, they also didn?t care (to findout). Seems to me to be more likely that the manager simply didn?t want to accommodate. Food is good and of reasonablequality. And again, the associate at checkout was very helpful. Both are reasons to that I didn?t rate as one star. Not goingback though as neither store management nor corporate customer service are interested in the customer experience. Read more

Paid pretty much $12 for a large cheese quesadilla and didnt get all the pieces so got ripped off as well as got a rock hard... with 0 cheese..i was so mad and disappointed bc I have gotten these before at different locations and they have been cheesy andbig. My daughter's kids quesadilla had cheese but it was cold and not even melted...please don't go here! Read more

Just super disappointed.. they serve the meat and rice so cold. The moment I took a bite I threw up bc I never used off eating... cold rice and cold meat. It?s just DISGUSTING. Read more

Customer service is not great. Staff does not seem to be efficient about providing service. I stood in line and was ignored for... a few minutes before anyone said anything to me. I was the only person in line at the time. I asked the guy to put all of thetoppings they provided on my bowl. Instead I got no toppings at all and a little bit of lettuce. It seems like he miss heard meand had a lid on my food before I even noticed the mistake lol. Read more
