I went into Chipotle, and a girl was scrubbing the floor with a long wire broom, right behind the food. I told the girl, that's... going to fly into the food, she said no, it's on the floor...she was scrubbing so hard, I knew soap and dirt was getting in thefood. Oh well!!! Read more
Had to downgrade my review as my online orders have been getting messed up almost every order and I was going several times a... week. If I order extra of anything I either get the normal portion or nothing. In one case, I got someone elses bowl. This is inthe Spanish of the last 2 months. Ordered a Chipotle bowl and a side of large chips and guacamole through the online website. I ordered white rice(extra), pinto... beans, chicken, salsa, roasted corn(extra), sour cream(extra), guacamole and lettuce(extra). To the restaurant this relayed asVERY LITTLE rice, NO beans, NO corn, NO sour cream, No guacamole. The tortilla on the side has very hard inedible edges. Thelarge side of guacamole is already browning and not a vibrant green anymore. This is very disgruntling. I paid in total $29.00including tip for a halfway made order. Whoever thinks this is funny to purposely mess up orders should be ASHAMED ofthemselves. I will be receiving 65% of my order thankfully due to DOORDASH SUPPORT, but no thanks to this chipotleestablishment. The food is always fresh and pretty good,no complaints in that department, and the restaurant is always clean a big plus. Masks... are required and hand sanitizer is provided upon entering. This Chipotle is on my way home from work so occasionally I stop byhere and get a quick bite for dinner, most times it's past 8pm. On Friday there is usually a long line(not a big surprise it isFriday night), but on the other days during the week there might be 1-3 people in line to order. The outside is open for dinningonly. I take one star away for the customer service . On 3 different occasions I've been there, and only having 1-3 customer's in line the wait has been a little longer than average. I'm by no means an impatient person, I've worked in this line of workbefore, so I understand how it is after you been on your feet all day ,busy,and tired. This particular day (Monday night)Theemployees were working, cleaning etc. And only having 2 people in line took over 20 min. I understand the cleaning, restocking,and conversation is important, but so are the customers. If it was me I'd focus on getting the customers in and out, even moreso,when there is only 2 customers waiting in line.When there are about 5 employees working it shouldn't take that long. I hateto sound picky but its happened more than once. I'm tired as well I'd like to get my order and get home, sometimes I justconsider going across the street to Mc Donald's or Taco bell instead. When I'm tired I'd rather sit in my car and go to thedrive thru, then have to park, get out and wait. Especially when there isn't many customers inside. Read more
I always stop in to buy lunch whenever I go buy groceries. The line can get quite long, but you move up quick enough so it's not... an issue. You wait longer if you order online/ahead. The drinks and napkins are a bit hidden, but staff directed me to the area.Staff can also be friendly but if you appear to be impatient while waiting for your order, they will tell you. Read more
