Went in here to pick an order for Halloween pickup time was 11:15. I inquired about the order and the manager says to the... employee that asked her if it was ready and her reply was ?nope? like she was mad that the order even existed. Amazing customer service, the workers in this location are friendly, thorough, and quick. The parking makes it easy and overall... it?s my favorite location in Sacramento. I ordered Chipotle Catering on May 10, 2022 for 20 people and later updated my order on May 12, 2022 to 25 people to be... delivered Saturday May 14th at noon. The order was paid for through the chipotle website including delivery fee and tip. OnSaturday at 11:55am I got a call FROM DOOR DASH that they arrived to pick up my order and the store was closed (photo from doordash driver). I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED BY CHIPOTLE. I called the help line who stated they sometimes close stores if there is lownumbers of employees available to work but managers should notify customers the day before. My order was not transferred toanother nearby location and they said it was too short of notice to order that much food at another location. I submitted acomplaint with customer service who says I will get a call on Monday morning about my refund. Monday came. No call. Customerservice then said I will get an email in about 5 days or so. After all this, I got an email from Chipotle saying "Thank youfor your order!" with a receipt. I want more than a refund. I had no food for 25 people at my party. Update 5/25/2022: I havecalled the 1-800-chipotle help line many times. Still no apology. Still no refund. Still promising someone will call me someday.I have since submitted a claim through Wells Fargo who says they will take care of it. Read more
Very good Chipotle location. The employees were very kind and friendly. The food was delicious and fresh. Love their chicken... tacos and bowls. It's one of the bigger locations with lots of room to sit which is great for bigger groups. Parking can be alittle tricky because it's in Downtown Sac, but it's manageable. Read more
