How come workers are not wearing a hairnet while preparing and serving food at this location? Gross :(
The cashier was so rude she seems to have a problem with us looking at the menu, she went on to let it us know they didn?t open... till 10am which I informed her that wasn?t a problem we can wait as we were just looking at the different drinks they havebecause my kid wanted one, that she seems annoyed and decided to ring us up at 9:55. We were in no hurry and didn?t mindpatiently waiting but that seemed to bother her. And don?t get me started on the old expired buns. Never again. Read more

Worst Cinnabons we?ve ever had. We bought a box of minis to take home and they were rock hard and inedible. Even warming them up... didn?t help soften them. Maybe that?s how they get rid of old stock. A total waste of money... Read more
Worse Cinnabon I've been to. If I could get negative stars I would. Just tried to get a coffee drink on lunch. Waited almost ten... minutes to walk away with nothing, because out of the overly fully staffed, they let only kid that did not knowing what he wasdoing make it. Forgot the coffee and just kept adding milk. I didn't even have time to get a refund. So disappointed. Read more
Because this is a treat for me, it gets all 4 of the stars. They are always hot and tasty. The staff is quick and friendly when... you get your treats. The line moves so fast you don't have time to get angry. The best thing to do is park in the Nordstrom'sgarage near sears on the third level. This will put you right where you need to be for Cinnabon. Read more
GIFT CARD USERS BEWARE!!! I used my gift card that I got here, $20 on it. Apparently, whoever was on POS2 at around 1:30 PM... today charged me three times, draining my gift card from $20 down to $0.80 because there wasn't a pin that was suppose to comeup even though on the card reader it said approved. The woman didn't mention this pin until after the second time I swiped itthrough the card reader, saying approved once again. She then asked if it was a gift card and then charged me a thirdtime. This gift card wasn't use before, and yet she charged me three times. So to gift card and credit card users, beware ofthis. Training seems to have gone downhill at this location since February and I would encourage you to look at the card reader.If it says approved, tell them. Or else the novice employees here will be draining not only your gift card but possibly yourbank account when you use a credit card. I don't proof of this due to getting one receipt but again, it was a gift card thatwas never used there before. Beware of the new employees at Cinnabon. Read more
