DO NOT GO HERE They gave me moldy hot sauce, my food was disgusting. You can hear the ratchet girl cook from the drive thru.... Very unprofessional. Order taker dude got mad when I wasn?t ready to order and then proceeded to say ?I?m busy? I called tocomplain and was told to come back and show them & laughed at. I could barely understand a single word she was saying. There wasalso a worker while in line yelling at this homeless man I guess named Henry to get out of the drive thru. Super sketchy area. I ordered the carne asada fries and it's the least amount of food I've ever received from a Del Taco. The staff is super... friendly, but you are definitely not getting a full amount of food when you come to this location. I'm a delivery driver, so Istop at fast food often and to say that this was disappointing as a gross understatement. They also don't have bathrooms for youto use. Read more
This place is absolutely ridiculous! First, when I pulled through the drive through, there was absolutely NO One in front of me.... The guy on the speaker asked me to hold on... I sat there for TEN MINUTES before I finally had to ask what was going on, then herudely asked what I wanted- then when I pulled up to the window, I could see everyone inside just screwing around and he tookhis sweet time before walking over to the window to take my money, then super rudely snatched the money from my hand andbasically tossed my change back at me!!! I am so incredibly shocked they would allow their employees to treat customers likethis!!! They need to have upper management come through and hire a whole new staff for this location!!! I am personally superoffended at how incredibly disrespectful they were and unprofessional. No one was wearing their mask either!! That's just grosswhen ur working with food! Not too good a few weeks ago. Ingredients (lettuce and tomato) in my Del Tacos weren't fresh and had other kinds of meat... (chicken and strips of steak) mixed in with the ground beef Del Taco meat. Sloppiness in the food prep area. It had been awhilesince I last visited. They have done much better in the past. Read more
16 minutes to get our food once we paid. None of the regular employees were working the front register. Dirty tables and CAUTION... WET FLOOR sign on the chair? Guess they didn't want us sitting there? Food was good once we did eat though. Read more
