So I placed a phone order, Friday evening around 8:00pm for pick up. A medium pepperoni, a medium ham and pineapple, and an... order of chocolate crunch lava cake. Picked up the order and didn't think to check it myself. Got home, and both pizzas werepepperoni. Called the store and explained my problem and told the manager I honestly didn't want to drive back. She expeditedthe order for a ham and pineapple, and had it delivered to me! AND she had her driver bring me another order of chocolate crunchlava cakes! You don't find customer service like that very often these days I will definitely continue to eat here and recommendit to others not only for the great pizza, but also for the most amazing customer service! I?ve been a regular customer for two years and the one time I had an issue, I called and explained calmly and without malice my... issue and they rectified it then and there. The food itself in the last few months has gotten 1000x better, so big shout out tothe cooks involved. Everything is fresher and properly seasoned and everything. It?s Domino?s. Excellent deal: 5.99 each on 2 or more. Included a wide variety of items. Quick service. Only downside is that they ask you to... tip on carryout. ??? California is pushing for even higher minimum wage and I hold a minimum wage job. I do not get tips. Tipsare given in exchange for service. Buckle up, this is a long journey for za. If I could give zero stars, I would. I use the online ordering method for delivery... and the tracker had told me that my pizza was out of the oven for almost an hour. Being annoyed about the time delay andconcerned about receiving a pizza, that according to their online tracker, had been ready and sitting at the restaurant for anhour I asked my husband to call the store to check the status. The conversation quickly turned from meh to downright horriblewhen my husbands complaint was passed to the wannabe general manager Jameeo. After explaining the issue, Jameeo decided tooutright tell us that he would in fact NOT remake our now hour old and probably cold pizzas. He then proceeded to hang up on myhusband after telling him that the day has been rough on him and his employees. My husband called back and asked for the nameof the manager so he could complain formally and that information was denied to him. the conversation escalated into an all outyelling match between the two before I took the phone and handle the situation. I'm still waiting for my hot wings which was ordered over two hours ago. I called the This local Domino establishment. The... associate who represented Domino's and the way they do business discussed the situation with me over the phone. My girlfriendwent to go pick up the food ordered on Domino's app. They were a couple computer glitches and from me ordering hot wings, ahouse salad with Caesars dressing, and a hand tossed pizza. Instead I received two salads with two ranches dressings and a panmade pizza. I called back and the associate instructed me that the wings weren't ordered. I asked why you didn't offer to makethem for her? Since my girlfriend asked how long would it take. The associate responded stating it would take 10 min and mygirlfriend was disappointed and said nevermind. My girlfriend returned and informed me of the issue. I called to sell aresolution to this matter, since of a glich ordered from my phone. The associate didn't offer my girlfriend to just swap out thesalad for the wings and deliver it because it was ordered from Amazon, but since the app has a glich it started I ordered twosalads with two dressings even though I verified my order before hitting proceeding with purchase and completing my order. Inaddition I wasn't successful on using my Domino's Giftcard for the purchase and was charged to my credit card on file. Verydispleased with Domino's and their operations. I called back and spoke with the manager and found out that I'm out of thedelivery range even though Iorderly a few min away not more than a straight drive down the street. I reassured me as anotherrepresentative for Domino's that he won't deliver but I could come pick up the wings even after escalating this matter tocorporate. 3 and a half hours after placing the order, which ruined the whole Super Bowl LIII for me and my girlfriend, besideshaving the Rams lose by a missed kick.
