When this place is good, it's great. We've had a few issues with undercooked pizza (one instance, unresolved) and missing sauces... (2 instances, both resolved.) Overall it's convenient and generally what we expect. Read more

Normally I would give it 5 Stars. However, the last time I ordered they were so slow. Fifty minutes after ordering online... they still haven't started my order. I called the store and person who picked up the phone told me she was abandoned by herboss and had over thirty pizzas to make. She told me after she prepares my pizza it will take another hour and a half todeliver it to me. I asked if it would help if I came to the store to pick up my order. She said if I want it sooner then cometo the store for pickup. On my order I had given them an $8 plus dollar tip for the delivery driver. Since I was picking itmyself I asked them to remove the tip. I was told they would cancel the payment already billed to my credit card and that Iwill pay when I come to pick up my order. Mind you, this is during our Bomb Cyclone Rain Event that gave our city almost 6inches of rain in a 24 hour period. They asked me to come there in less than an hour and I did. I got to the store and afterexplaining who I was I got my delivery. When I got home I was soaking wet. I looked at the receipt and discovered I wascharged over 4 dollars for delivery. Nothing they did was for my benefit. Normally, a business will comp customers who areinconvenienced yet helpful. No apologies were given and no explanation on how they intend to remedy things for futureorders. This store, like I said at the beginning, normally does a great job. I'm sorry for the staff who told me her bosshates her. I hope they get their act together there because there are several Pizza Places in my area to choose from. Read more

If I could give zero Stars I would !!!! this place was horrible and managed by some true not so good workers I ordered online... and received message saying my pickup was ready at 5:07 I came to the store by 5:10 since I live less than 4 minutes away it iscurrently now 5:30 and I am still waiting for my order with my 9-month-old baby girl. I called in first when I arrived to see ifmy order was ready or to confirm and I was told that it would be another 20 minutes on the phone and then as I explained that Iwas had already been waiting for quite a while and that the online tracker had told me to arrive and text to let them know I washere. They continued to tell me that it would be a longer wait as I went inside to speak to someone I asked for the listedmanager on the online order site "Yvette", who was not the manager indeed a Donovan Gaoua told me he was the general manager forthe day and that they were short staffed and that he couldn't do anything about it but give me another 20 more minutes. I willnever come here ever again I wasn't even offered an option for a refund. I was treated like trash and my baby was with me thewhole time ???? just horrible. DO NOT come here go to the Papa John's or any other pizza place in the area 'cause it's just notworth the time or your hard earned money. The worker who hung up on me after telling me to "just wait" was either Donovan or thedriver the "GM" listed as "Mansoor" so don't bother calling in either... You'll more than likely meet the same fate. UPDATE :it is now 5:41pm and I am just now receiving my food to the car. Just despicable. I have to give these guys kudos! I order pizza with them quite often (weekly) and only ONCE did I have an issue but when I spoke... with the store they immediately fixed the issue, listened to my concerns, and anymore that?s hard to find with businesses. Youguys are awesome from the kitchen, to the customer service, to delivery, quality, time efficient, and customer satisfaction!!Which leads me to believe great management as well!! I ordered a pizza over two hours ago and still haven't received anything. I called an hour and thirty minutes after making the... order to see what had happened. The employee that answered the phone told me he has to wait for the delivery driver to comeback, and they might have to redo my order. I still don't know would caused them to lose my order half way of them deliveringit. This is the second time having a similar experience with this Domino's, so I thought customer feedback is do. I don't evenknow what I can recommend improvement on, scene nobody called me back to let me know what happened. I didn't even receive arefund yet. Maybe hire more people, that's the nicest way I can put it. Read more
