It's a Dutch Bros, they're pretty much all the same. The coffee is delicious and the workers are friendly and seem to enjoy... their jobs. There's literally a person whose job it is to keep you company while your drink is made. :) The place usually has aline, but they have a system so it goes pretty quickly; they usually have two workers out getting people's orders. I've never been to a Dutch bros with such horrible customer service the drive thru took orders all over the place sat. at the... window for a good 15 minutes had someone ask us how we was doing and what we would like to order to then be told he was making adrink after we started to order..mind you could see in the window. then was completely ignored sitting at the window for a whileand finally left.. First time at a Dutch Bros. I don't understand why you would introduce merging into a coffee drive thru. It makes more room but... it also confuses people. The coffee itself was really yummy. A little pricey, but nice for a treat. I like that the coffee isn'ttoo sweet even when it's a really fancy or blended beverage. Read more
I ordered a 911 today and it does not look like how it?s supposed to look like it looks like a normal freeze like something that... you can get at Wendy?s. I come here a lot so I?m kind of disappointed I came here yesterday and was disappointed in my drink aswell what I ordered it was totally different than what I wanted. here?s a picture of what I ordered today which looks nothinglike what I wanted. They never seem to fail. Always impressed with what the employees recommend when I pull up. I love there lemonade teas... personally or there energy drink mix. Super friendly is a plus and overall just a great experience. Read more
Great Customer Service is the reason I am giving them 5 ????.. The 'Hot Mocha' I ordered tasted (To Me) Old, Scorched and Strong... but not in a pleasant way.
