Specialty coffee drinks are on point. Flavorful, great aroma and not too far out priced compared to other major coffee chains. ... Staff was friendly and attentive. The split drive thru is terrible here! It's like adding insult to injury. First of all, every time I come here I'm waiting 20... minutes or more and the workers rarely pay attention to who's next. I came here today and there was a truck that was waitingbehind me, then when we get to the split lane she tries to speed past me and inch ahead of me while staying directly at me.Plus, the car ahead of me had just let three cars go ahead of him because he was behind them. This is the courteous and rightthing to do, which is what I do every time I go there also. Shortly after, the worker comes up and takes the trucks orderfirst, not paying attention or even asking who was waiting first. After that, he walked up to my car and the first thing hesaid was "I'm going to have the truck go ahead of you". I said "I was ahead of her". He did not apologize or anything so Iexplained that I no longer wanted coffee. He said "ok" and walked away. I don't see why she would go ahead of me anyway becauseif her drink is finished before mine, the workers still being the drinks out. If the other driver wasn't being obnoxious and Ididn't wait so long every time I come here, I'm sure it wouldn't have been a problem but today it was extremelyfrustrating. The workers didn't see or pay attention to the demeanor of the other driver while I was waiting. I was not rudeand I didn't say anything mean but it reminded me of when the referees aren't paying attention in sports and the person beingwronged reacts out of frustration, then they look like the bad guy. Chick Fil A has the same type of drive thru with morepeople waiting. People pass me all the time there but I don't wait nearly as long and the workers pay attention when you'rewaiting. Every time I come here I wait so long and I still tip the workers every time. It was my first time (DON'T COME FOR ME! I HAVE LEARNED FROM MY MISTAKE), I had no idea what to order. I felt like I was... cheating on my lovely batista at the other coffee chain where I was a frequent. The lady in the drive-thru was so bubbly andhappy to see me. I was afraid to drive forward cause I didn't want to run her over. My window was down and I told her it was myfirst time and I asked for a suggestion. She proceeded to ask for preferences which I told her. She came up with the funniestsounding drink but I told her I'd try it. I pulled to the window and the cashier half way hanging out of his window into minewas super stocked to greet me and got even more excited when I told him it was my first time. He told EVERYONE inside it was myfirst time and I was greeted by all the employees! They all approved the suggestion of the lady who ordered my drink. Thecashier did say that if the drink wasn't what I was looking for or hoped for, he would make something else for me. I felt verycomfortable knowing that he would take care of me. I got my drink and took a sip. All the employees waited for my reaction. Asthe warm liquid warmed my mouth and down the hatch.... I melted! IT WAS SO DELICIOUS! Best thing I've ever had! But it wasn'tjust the drink, or how it was made. It was the whole experience of trying something and somewhere new. Every single personworking that day made my day! I will never forget it! It's a good location, but the lines are absolutely too long. Unless you come early in the morning (ex. 5 or 6 am) then forget... about getting through within a timely manner. It will at least take 15-25 mins to get helped and outta here. The staff aregreat, but it really takes a long time to get helped. The staff always bring out your drink prior to getting to the window whichleaves you stuck in the line without an exit. If they could figure out how to work the line better then I'll update my stars. Really good coffee and has other amazing drinks as well. Line moves quickly and service is amazing! Every time I'm up in... Sacramento I get Dutch Bros. Doesn't compare to any place in San Jose. Read more
Don?t know what?s going on with the service at this location. I had to change my review. Been going there since feb. of this... year. Mostly great service in the beginning. Lately 4 out of my 5 trips they have gotten my order wrong. I have to re verify theorder they verify back to me to make sure order is correct. These last 4 trips no joke the service has been horrendous man. Iwon?t be coming here like I used to. I came here religiously 3 times a day. But now I?ll go only if I?m like super wanting myba-nay-nay drink. The service is not where it once was some employees speak to you with entitlement. I?m just trying to get thedrink I pay for man! I want to add if they make someone?s drink wrong, don?t make everybody else?s drink before you correct themistake and remake that drink. Immediately please correct the drink so customer can enjoy. The Service here is incredible. Manager Elijah was friendly and very pleasant. On a day like today with the weather being over... 100 degrees you would expect the servers to be unpleasant or rude. I used to go here with my mom but one time when I ordered a strawberry tea I found a hair in the drink. I stopped... eating/drinking here. Also please add more food choices like starbucks. Read more
