In all honesty, I wasn't impressed. The food was ok. Nothing special, but not bad. I had the avacado chicken salad for $10. It... certainly wasn't a large salad. I had no problem finishing it. 1/8th of an avacado so felt slighted there. It did have a lot ofchicken in it though. The chicken wasn't special, no savory seasoning to make it mouth watering. Pretty bland actually. Corn andlettuce made up the rest of it. That's it. Unimpressive. Wished I would have thought to take a picture. The restaurant wasclean, cool and nicely accommodated. I didn't appreciate the worker sweeping briskly right past where I was eating though.Didn't check out the restrooms. I'd say next time, but there probably won't be one. Read more
Teresa who is the manager currently is very rude ...I ordered a burrito that was extremely hard 30 minutes before closing and no... one gave me a receipt. when I came back to try to get a new burrito she was very rude did not help me. Said They only honor sameday returns.. how was I supposed to know that if online it shows that they were closed. very poor management don't don't gothere. Literally ignored for 15 minutes b4 they got to us...i thought el pollo loco was supposed to be very customer serviceorientated. I ordered is the right menu for my lunch today. Cashier is very listen and make it clear if she understood me then I am happy... with it and it's so delicious. No needed to complains. It's better than Del Taco Restaurants because that have not kind ofthe BBQ Grilled it will cause it for your high blood pressure and High Cholesterol too. I had the double chicken tostada bowl. Excellent meal. If want iced tea, it is behind the counter, not with the soft drinks. ... Creamy cilantro dressing is very good. Reasonably priced. Read more
I paid $62 for a family meal. We were supposed to get 12 pc, but only got 10 pc. We paid $12 for a chicken quesadilla that was... small, had no avocado as it was supposed to be included, and barely had cheese. The tacos birria were hard and burnt. Fresh, juicy, flavorful chicken! I waited for my order which had to be freshly made because of certain chicken pieces. Only... thing I'd say is be careful of the salsa you give because I received some spoiled containers. Other than that it was great.Beans and rice were also fresh to go. Read more
First time ordered the Shredded beef burrito, but there was absolutely no beef in burrito, It was all rice and beans lol
Chips and guac. The guac was fresh and tasty but chips were half a serving today. I paid $4.30.
