Went to get fire-grilled chicken. The best. Good salads here too. Plus senior discounts offered if you ask.
Staff were really patient and helpful. We had trouble ordering online with a discount code. They walked me through the app to... complete the order. We are always pleased with the food quality and service. Once a while there is missing salad dressing orsmall items but not big deal. I suggest you double check your food before you leave just to make sure. This is our favorite ElPollo Loco location. Read more
If I could give no stars I would..The customer service is terrible..To many females employees standing around chit chatting, and... ignoring customers..They seem raciest they make sure they wait on there own first..They will stand there staring at you talkingabout you in Spanish..I had an online order, and it wasn't even ready for pick up..They had plenty of time to get the orderready....Another time I went there I ordered a Original Pollo Bowl and it had chicken bones in it luckily I seen it..Thereentry doors are nasty hand prints all over they need to clean there doors..I won't be ordering from this El Pollo Loco anymore.. It was just 'okay'...although I used a $6.00 coupon, I still was charged $9.50 ...unsure why, however, disappointed how small... the items were INCLUDING the chicken! I was SOOOO looking forward to the grilled chicken as the commercials create themouthwatering urge for flame-broiled, but, alas, a tiny leg & thigh of what appeared to be of a chicken that had no chance of alonger life...Mac n' Cheese, however, was to die for ???? 3??? for this Mack Road location...Girl at drive through was a verypleasant greeter..
