The food was always consistent and hot. Many people from the midwest always yearn for In and Out, but they are missing the boat.... El Pollo Loco offers a wider variety of food from Grilled chicken to their Avacdo Chicken Taco. It's not a one trick pony likethe other place and the food is actually good. Whenever I come here, The customer service is always less than satisfactory & my expectations are never met. So this will be the... last time I eat here. Employees seem to always appear incompetent & not take their jobs seriously. I hope El Pollo Loco uppermanagement is reading the feedback from customers. We are very unhappy. Always fresh and delicious. My personal go to is the chicken tostada salad. Super consistent, which I love because I can count... on good food every time. Staff is always friendly and service is great. One time I went through the drive-thru and they were outof lettuce. I was kind of dumbfounded not knowing what to say because I really wanted it, haha. The staff member noticed mypause and politely suggested to substitute with spinach or cabbage or both, which for some reason never even dawned on me.Thanks to the recommendation I still thoroughly enjoyed my chicken tostada salad. Edit-8-18-21 Last couple times was not sogreat. Burnt chicken and almost no Avocado Sauce, both times. Hopefully it was a fluke. Read more
This location was a joke. Wife has order chicken nacho from other El Pollo Loco but we never been disappointed. 1.Chip was... sloggy from the liquid. 2. Churro barely had any coating. 3. Size of chicken and meatiness has gone down big time. Sides are uninspired. Bring back the Loco of old please. Thanks
