I ordered 40 wings yesterday and they gave me the wrong types of wings. I got home was really disappointed/upset they were wrong... I went back and they completely ignored me since they had just closed. I just wanted either my money back or my wings it wassuper frustrating since I had to go somewhere else to buy something else for 2 of the people that don?t eat the wings they hadgiven us. Worst wings ever! Ordered it around 9 pm at their location close to Elk Grove, CA, and it doesn?t even feel like fire wings.... Everything was cold not warm COLD. There is no seasoning. Or whatsoever! Too Much breaded. Usually they make their wings crispywith the right amount of seasoning. This was a whole big disappointment! This place has really went downhill. Throughout the last 6-12 months I have had wings with increased fat, less sauce and... flavor, increased wait times and staff that quite frankly, does not care about the customers. The last 3-4 times I have pickedup an order, several employees (4-5) were sitting there talking while several people continue to wait in line. I realize it maybe hard to find good employees, but someone has got to be there in management to keep things in order or you are not going tolast. When you started started, I absolutely loved you guys. Trends come and go...there will be another establishment to takeyour place. Best wings in Sac, period. The cook on them is spot on, crispy without drying out. Fire flavor is excellent, Louisiana dry rub... is a touch heavy on salt, but still very nice. Even their fries are cooked perfectly, crispy and golden, light and fluffyinside. I will be back for more flavors. Finally, a really good wing shop. Edit: I don't know what happened, but the sauce onthe fire wings went downhill since my last visit. And, pictured here is on of the undersized wings I was served in a to goorder. I mean, that's a quarter next to what should be chicken. Damn. I enjoyed my conversation with the owner the first time Ivisited. Hopefully he sees this. Down from five stars to three instantly.
