I?ve ordered it through DoorDash twice, 6 piece bone-in Lemon Pepper combo with seasoned fries, but I wanted cheese on top of my... fries and I had to pay extra for cheese and never gotten cheese on top of my fries, twice. I ordered the 6 piece bone in Salt Pepper wings meal plus side order of veggies and Zucchini sticks. I didn?t get the fries and... the Zucchini is cold in the middle but fired on the outside. Not especially happy with my lunch today. Read more
Please tell me why my wings were swimming in sauce, but somehow were not covered with sauce at all. Did you pour the sauce in... the container and then throw the chicken wings in? That's certainly what it looked like. Also, why so little green onions? Arethey some sort of imported, rare green onions, watered exclusively with gold infused water? Also, why is the Thai chili sauce sowatered down? It is supposed to have a syrup like consistency, so it can cling to the meat. It looks and tastes as if you hadmixed it with an equal amount of water. Why are my garlic fries smothered in butter but somehow fail to incorporate the garlicand parmesan, which are meant to be mixed with the butter? There is so much butter that the bottom fries are soaked and soggywith butter. Because of this, the parmesan ends up being a giant glob of inedible, overly salty and garlicy mass. It just sitsthere on your butter soaked fries, as a whole separate entity, as if the now heaping pile of food waste is its throne. Firewingswill not be violating my palate or my wallet ever again. I can?t believe how much the quality of this place has gone downhill. I?ve always loved firewings since the day they opened, but... my last three visits have been disappointing when it comes to their wings. Just look at these. Honestly, these are the driestbuffalo wings I have ever had. I know you can pay to get extra sauce, but even then some of these wings are straight up plain.Sadly, I think it?s gonna be a very long time before I visit these guys again, if at all. Read more

Amazing! Ok, now to the order!!! I chose the 10 piece, Extra Crispy, sauce on the side, no dip. All BONE-IN, with lemon pepper... and Thai Chili. I also ordered their regular fries, again Extra Crispy and no salt! And not to be forgotten Sierra Mist Limesoda! First of all, the FRIES??? Pure perfection! Extra crispy and no salt may not sound all that, but if you can't make a frytaste good without flavors and other BS, you can't be trusted! These had the perfect crunch and the inside was almost at a chewystage! Because my sauces came on the side, I took full advantage of sprinkling the lemon pepper on them and it took them to awhole new level! The wings were fried to perfection as well! I'm telling you, if they offer extra crispy, DO IT! There's areason it's an option! Sierra Mist is my jam, and it's not too common, so this was an extra win for me! All in all, beyond happywith this order, and the delivery by GrubHub was much appreciated!
