Team said they were out of meat and had clearly recovered and cleaned their grill and kitchen areas... Disappointed again with... Service and in this case, disappointed that you had to close and turn many of us away... Not a good impression here in Natomas. Read more

It's like $9 for a hot dog and it's like $15 for a burger what are you kidding me no it's okay I'll pass and I guess it's... because of our economy right I don't think it has to be they don't have to bring the prices up so high they were one of theutmost outstanding places to get a burger they're fries are top notch I don't care I'm not paying no $10 for a bag of fries I'msorry but hey to each his own wait even if I had the money to spend $100 just on two double Burgers two hot dogs and a bag offries I still wouldn't do it cuz it's just ridiculous man to pay those kind of prices I'll go throw a burger on the grill that'sbeing real Read more

I love five guys but my experience at this location today was terrible. My dad and i both ordered fries and neither of the cups... of fries were full when normally five guys gives you extra fries. The african american woman making the fries and handing outthe orders was constantly yelling at the employees and customers and when i asked her for a couple cups of ketchup becausedispenser was out and i didnt want to use packets since i was dining in she pointed to the packets and said the ketchups rightthere sir in an aggressive voice and walked away and said wow like she thought i was an idiot. Five guys makes good food andcharges a premium for it so service like this is unacceptable. Also this store always has a back door partway open so the acnever keeps it cool enough in there. Management definitely needs to work on their staff and facilities. Read more

BLT, is not complicated to make. Soggy bread, burnt crumbles of bacon, and tomato’s cut with a knife previously used to cut... onions is not okay! Five Guys you need to do better, you can’t ruin a simple sandwich! Read more

I honestly don't know what the hype is all about. My burger was soggy, Patty's were tasteless, fries were way too salty and not... fully cooked. Overall, just not a pleasant experience considering you're paying around 20 per person. I would much rather go tocompetitors who I thought had better burgers and at a cheaper price. Read more

I don't comment on food but service is one of the horrible I have ever experienced. The employee treated me like they're giving... me free food. If they continue with that attitude the five guys reputation will not enough to continue business. Read more

The food was absolutely amazing and worth the 10 minute wait. The bacon cheeseburger was cooked to perfection and all the... toppings were fresh and flavorful. Read more

First time eating at a Five Guys restaurant. I walked in and looked around and realized the walls were similar to In-N-Out's, I... saw reviews on the walls that said this place was outstanding, the prices were higher than other burger joints, I immediatelyexpected this place to be great. VERY DISSAPOINTED.. $36 for 2 bacon cheeseburgers, 2 little fries, a regular soda and amilkshake! I waited for my food expecting the burgers to be big since the prices sure were, they were surprisingly small burgersand I DID NOT order the little burgers! They even forgot my milkshake and when I asked about my shake they asked if I wantedbacon in it! WHAT?! The fries were all over the bag because they didn't fit in the little cups they were served in, they forgotthe bacon for my cheeseburger, I had to go to the counter and tell them they forgot the bacon for my bacon cheeseburger and theygave us cold bacon wrapped in foil, the fries were slightly burned and salty as hell, the burger itself was small and it didn'ttaste as good as I thought. Definitly not worth the price! Sticking to In-N-Out! Read more
