If you're in the area, you should go here for sure. I went for breakfast, twice, and was not disappointed. The service was... really good, the meal got to our table quickly, and the food tasted great. Oh, and the coffee tasted great too. I can't standplaces that serve breakfast with bad coffee. This place is a hidden gem. It was a cold, dreary Monday morning and I was leaving in the early afternoon. When I woke up I knew... exploring Old Sacramento would be an option so I googled diners. This place popped up and I was eager to give it a go. Uponarrival it gave me so many warm and cozy feels. The place looks very diner like which I love. Also the staff were immediatelyattentative and so pleasant. Many people are stressed in the holiday season and the staff at FlapJacks were amazing andcheerful. The menu is extensive and of course I had to give the pancakes a try. They were amazing!! The bacon also was thick anddelicious.
