HORRIBLE! I almost never leave reviews especially during Covid when restaurants really struggled. This however, I cannot let... pass. First it took forever to get seated even though we were the only ones waiting and the restaurant was about 30%. Next whenwe ordered drinks the waitress listed off about 5 beers they were out of. Huh?! You’re a brewery. Once food was ordered, shecame back twice to tell us the items we ordered was out. This was a Friday at 630! 3 of 4 us got our food but it trickled out.The 4th person (my 8 yo) waited and waited. I finally asked the waitress where her food was and she went to go check. She cameabout 5 minutes later and made some excuse. My guess was it had been sitting there then they threw it back in the fryer to getit warm again. Then finally, I ordered impossible tacos. When I got the eating the last one, I notice it was raw. Now grantedit’s not meat but for meat eaters this should be concerning! If they can’t cook fake meet, how could they cook real meat?!Do yourself a favor and walk across the street and just got to a classic like Fanny Ann’s . I was just there, ordered breakfast to go, took forever to get it, I left twice and shopped.when it finally came, I asked if... she paced a fire, nope they are out of forks!!! I checked if they had a spoon, nope!! I gotta eat my over easy eggs and shreddedhash browns with my fingers... and I guess they are out of napkins, too because I didn't even get those. But I will say the foodwas good, just DO NOT order take out, especially if you are in a hurry. Oh yeah, I wasn't given a recept, either... So be sureto ask for everything you might possible want. Solid 3.5 stars. Other reviews talk about lack or service or being ignored. We received attentive service. Other review talks... about credit card fraud but we did not experience that either. Pizza was made quickly but it is not properly made as a Naplesstyle brick oven pizza. See pics. Crust should be flexible and sausage should be clumps not slices. Fries were good. We came in for lunch as a family of four adults and two toddlers on a weekday. We luckily came in before a rush of people so... there wasn't a wait time. The service from host to waitress is aces! Our nieces especially loved having Kayla as theirwaitress; she is real sweet and informative in helping us choose our dishes. The sauvignon blanc and hoppy beer wereexceptional! So much so my brother and I went for second servings. The food is delicious and plentiful; orders were the friedchicken sandwich, the Cubano, fish and chips and Mac & cheese for the kids with a side of fruit and fries. I would specificallyrecommend the seasoned cajun fries and the cubano is a great option to split with someone, my mom eats like a bird and even sheate her whole half. Aesthetically, the restaurant is really chic on the inside and hipster chic outdoors, we had already spentall day inside of a museum so we opted for outdoors. The hoppy hour prices are very good. It was 20 bucks for the huge nachos, wings, and a beer. Great food, pretty restaraunt... inside and outside, nice staff, and a very funny owner who's got humor all over the place from the menu to the bathroom signs.Love it!
