In town visiting my sister and this was our "choice of the day" for food --they did not disappoint! Christina, our server, was... patient, friendly and delivered excellent customer service. And kudos to the cook--he nailed it on the chicken and waffles andthe limoncello crepe was a heavenly treat. Must stop in!!! Read more
We went on one of the big days Father's day. Trust me I understand that the restaurant business is challenged right now but the... service was horrible we waited almost 2 hours to get our food and then our food was Cold. It just seems like it wasn't anyorganizational at all very disappointed in the service today. Read more
Food was what we expected, good and we did not leave hungry. The BBQ Mac n Cheese melt was very good. However, the service was a... bit of a bummer. Not because they weren?t trying, just the fact that there was one server (who I believe was in training) andthe manager picking up tables. So we had to wait a minute for our stuff. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I went at 5pm and left an hour later dissatisfied and sick to my stomach. The only workers were 1 waiter... and 1 cook. To start out with the entire hour and meal our waters were empty without the waiter to ask to refill them. I endedup drinking out of another family members water because I was so thirsty and didn?t get any refills. When I ordered an appetizerit took 25 minutes for 6 mozzarella sticks that were ice cold. When the food arrived 45 minutes later all I got were a side ofMac and cheese and a small amount of mash potatoes. I ordered the turkey dinner? the waiter didn?t even put in my turkey dinnerrequest just 2 sides. Who does that? She then brought me my food and the ?turkey? ended up being cut up CHICKEN! And thebroccoli was wilted and tasted horrible. And my other family member ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and the chicken was burntand the cheese was plastic and didn?t even melt on the chicken! As the waiter left the receipt she charged me for not only afull turkey dinner for $9.99 but also the 2 sides that went along with the meal which she shouldn?t of charged for because theywere changed to the turkey dinner sides. And there was no manager to explain this whole deal to because it was just 1 waitress.I will be calling the manager in the morning and if nothing is resolved I will call corporate. I'm here from out of town and was not expecting the low quality service I got from a chain restaurant. I ordered the split... decision breakfast and coffee. The food was cooked fine but I was brought one small cup of syrup, a dirty coffe pot & no sugarand when I asked for more syrup I was brought a bowl of syrup. To me this is the fault of poor management and not so much thesubordinate empkoyees and ultimately the chains (IHOP) for letting such poor service/standards exist. Read more
Waited thirty minutes for cold eggs, hard pancakes, and uncooked bacon. Saw three tables seated and served whilst waiting for... them to bring my food. I will never eat here again. Read more
