The food I got was a little on the cold side but I took it back the next morning and they made it fresh for me without a... problem. The lady on the night shift was the sweetest person ever she made us feel very welcome and appreciated I can't explainhow great of a person she was to us and how our interaction with her shaped our experience with this visit. The young lady whowas working in the morning could use a bit more training on her customer service skills but overall my visit to this particularjack n the box was a pleasant experience. The lady on the night shift definitely needs a raise though her customer serviceskills was off the charts. Thanks again. Read more

Not open 24 hours as advertised on the internet. Tried to grab breakfast here this morning at 430 am before work and completely... wasted my time. If youre not going to be open 24 hours, please update location details. The car in front of me was just asupset. Read more

Will never go back to this one. Ordered a Cherry Sprite and there was no syrup in the Sprite. Ordered curly fries and got cold... hard fries. The sourdough jack was WORSE! It also was almost refrigerator cold and when I went to put the other half of thepatty on the bun, I couldn't because the meat patty was literally glued to the bottom bun and they now know each other in thebiblical sense. Go to any other one. You can see my other reviews I am not a serial complainer but this was unacceptable inevery sense. Read more

It's Jack In The Box..... what's to say???? Drive-thru is VERY slow at night. If you're the 5th in line, be prepared for 15 to... 25 minutes. Read more

The only thing I could say about jack in the boxThey are very slow and rude they do mess up your order a lot when you get home... to eat your food and you notice something is missing they do not ever pick up there phone. This drive me nuts! They have a lotto work on as a company to satisfy there customers! More training in the customer service department and learn how to completeorders correctly. Read more

Ordered on the app & picked up through the drive thru. Picking up took about 10 minutes. The app didn't give me the option to do... curb side pick up. The staff got my food correct. Wish they'd fill up on the curly fries. Bacon on the burger and sandwich wasburnt. The chicken nuggets are not very good. Choose and pay more for the chicken strip instead. This place is over priced fortheir quality & quantity of food. Read more
