The lady at the drive through seemed to be rushed.. and loud.. but yet didn't hear that I said 2 combos. But I would like to... suggest that if u want the people to keep coming back for the burritos don't use so much tortilla. Theft. Took my money, never gave me my order. If you go here at night, DO NOT use the mobile app. I went here one night to pick... up an online order. There was a person there but he didn't say a word over the intercom, not even to tell people the store wasclosed. I parked in the parking lot to try to figure out how to refund my online order and saw a bunch of other cars go throughand wait while the guy working there just ignored them all. Eventually I saw him get in his car and leave, left all the lightson indicating the drive thu was open too. If you don't have enough people to stay open at night, just close the store. Youstole my money because you were unwilling to just turn off the online orders when you didn't have enough workers to makefood. To the owners response: I already filled out a form with jack in the box about this. I got an automated reply and neverheard anything else. Jack in the box literally stole from me and won't fix it. My son Ioves to get the Number 5 meal, large with whatever soda he feels like at the time. This burger is super good! We... usually go there around midnight because my son gets off work at around 11:45 p.m., and when he's hungry, he wants the Number 5meal always.
