Didn?t give me my Loaded breakfast sandwich at the drive thru last night. Diasappointed
I ordered 4 tacos and 1 5 pc chicken nugget and I only got 2 tacos. So I went back(literally the first time in a while that I... didn't check) and had them remake the whole order because I don't want 2 tacos to be cold and 2 to be hot and the chickennuggets would be cold too. So by the time I get back with the correct order the new nuggets are cold and the tacos were barelycooked. Like the cheese was still solid and cold. So now their is no one answering their phone. Place a A DoorDash order to this restaurant on 11/10 at 10:50 PM ? driver arrived at the store through the drive-through and... there was seven cars in front of him. 15 minutes later text me to notify me that there were still five cars ahead of him andthat he would let me know as soon as he was to the window. 10 minutes later driver messaged me to inform me that he still havenot made it to do window. I asked him how many cars he had in front of him he still said two A couple minutes go by and hefinally arrives to the window where he sits for another 10 minutes without any employee acknowledging that he was at the window.He showed me a picture, he honked the horn, knocked on the window, and nobody answered. After about 10 more minutes the drivermessaged me back once again notifying me that they had supposedly ran out of food and didn?t let him know. I ended you drivingto the store at 11:45 to see if the driver was really there still at the window when I he indeed was. The customer service ishorrible, and really needs to be addressed. Read more
I went to eat at 6 in the afternoon and once I was inside they closed the door and said that it was already closed, they did not... want to attend to us but we said how can it be if we were already inside, They served us but they gave us the poorly preparedfood with a lot of spicy sauce and none of that was what we asked for the manager is a very rude Indian Read more

NO LATE NIGHT DRIVE THROUGH AT A 24 HOUR JACK IN THE BOX I pull in to the drive through at 2:03 am and a lady says goodbye... nothing else until i say arent you open then she says only door dash. Come on now how lazy do you have to be do your job. Thestore is supposed to be open 24 hours a day. At least that's what it says everywhere I look it up. I wouldn't even give thisplace a star .
