Fresh delicious sandwiches! Friendly helpful staff. My new go to sandwich shop.

6/6/22 My family and came in the Delta Shores store in Elk Grove about 11am. A female worker was cleaning the floor with strong... chemicals and moving tables around to do so. You don't clean when you have customers in the store ordering food. You clean whenthe store is closed. Also, no paper towels in the restroom and I notified the workers. Bread was doughy too. Well, I love Jersey Mike's. Their subs are just outstanding! Let's see... I had a #6 which is roast beef and provolone... cheese. A generous amount of perfectly cooked beef on a rosemary parmesan roll with just the right amount of cheese. Toppedwith shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes then drizzled with vinegar and oil blend. You have a choice of roll. It's making mymouth water as I write. Delicious! I went to the one at Delta Shores . The store is clean but the parking is the onlydownside. Trying to get a spot in front or near the store is limited. The staff was friendly and efficient and quite helpful. Am I ready to go there right now??? You bet I am. Read more

Came here at 7pm. 2 black girls making sandwiches and 1 white girl working the grill. One of the black girls did a terrible job... at making my sandwich. And she did a terrible job cutting it and wrapping it. The other girl was training her on my sandwich howto make it. It was all bad And she still trained her wrong. The white girl who also made my philly cheese... I'll never orderphillycheese again from Jersey Mike's. So bland and no seasoning. Even a hot pocket philly cheese steak taste better. Sodisappointed. From my own personal experience, Jersey Mike's subs, my favorite. So far being the Philly CheeseSteak on Rose tinged baguette... with grilled onions and jalapeños. Their prices are a bit high but the subs are.made fresh every time you order. Nice spot. Read more

Second time at Jersey Mike's. The quality of the food is awesome.... Chipotle and Big Kahuna Cheese Steak are really good.... However, I'm disappointed at the cleanliness of the lobby. Trash on the floor and tables dirty. The location In Arden is a lotcleaner. Hopefully the hire someone to clean it up. Read more
