20 years ago I started going to Jimboy's and I had shredded beef nachos and they were so good. Yesterday I came back and they... are no longer on the menu, I chose carnitas, which were very crispy and very small portion, and the tortilla chips were veryugly, nothing to do with the food before. I have eaten Mexican food my entire life. I will never cease to love the original beef taco. Sure it's not authentic Mexican,... but trust me you have one and you may just want a second. The burritos here are still fat. Prices continue to rise here as in most places, but at least the food flavor is consistently... good. The tacos are Mexican dinner size, not street taco size. The fur babies get a bean burrito too. The staff have always beencourteous to us. The restaurant is clean. Read more
Usually I love the steak tacos from jimboy's. Decided to get street tacos instead...$4.35 per street taco!... I have never had... to pay that much for a street taco. Unfortunately the customer service was GREAT but the food was HORRIBLE. The enchiladas were dry.. no sauce whatsoever and I'm... not sure what kind of cheese they use but it's rubbery. The beans were thick and dry with NO flavor at all (tasted like theywere old and from a can). Although the tacos were well portioned the meat had NO flavor and again the cheese was gross. I willNEVER eat at this location and DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. So disappointing! And a waste of $16+ Read more
