I hope the store goes out of business. This location does not honor the prices on their website for this location. The 6-pack of... tacos are listed at $16.50, in store menu board $17.45. Not a big difference, but it?s still not accurate. And just now aftercalling to inquire about their six pack of tacos and driving all the way down here I am informed that they are out of groundbeef. Seriously, if your taco place, how do you run out of ground beef? And why wouldn?t you tell somebody who called of thatvery fact.? the store is nothing but problems and should probably be closed. Usually not crowded when I go there so a pretty quick in and out. Cashiers always pleasant. Great tacos every time!

When I HAVE ordered food from here it was delicious and the staff was amazing. But the last 4 times I?ve tried to come here... they?re closed, during posted business hours. Save yourself some time and avoid this location. Read more

Did not have any Diet Coke. The Queso did not taste right and I chose not to eat it. It took 15 minutes to get my food. Had... issues before, most likely will not come back again. Read more

I went to this specific store because it stated it had a drive thru, this is not correct. I needed it because my battery was bad... and I can?t turn the car off. So they lost a star for that. Second loss is because the cashier was late and they shop didn?topen on time and I waited 10 minutes for the doors to be unlocked. On a positive note the young man was apologetic for hiscoworker and hustled to get my order ready and was sweet to bring it to my car when it was completed!! The food did NOTdisappoint!! Online its says they are open until 8pm. But their hand written sign states they now close at 7pm. I walked in at 6:55... (thinking they closed at 8pm) and instead of any greeting they just started at me and said,"oh sorry they just started cleaningthe grill". I asked so does that mean I can't order? After a long pause they responded, I guess it will just take awilhe. Sobasically they don't really want your business. Read more

This is directed at the owner, who I understand owns 16 Jimboys locations. As an owner of 16 locations, I'm guessing you do... pretty well. For a touch of credibility, I own my own independent small business. I go to this location often, because it isclose, and always wait longer than other Jimboys locations. Is this your ugly stepchild location? And please don't coach youremployees to lie on the wait time. Had I know 10-15 minutes for my actual 35 minute wait was the truth, I would have goneelsewhere. The 8 people waiting on my large order asked "what the heck?" Your food is great, as are your employees. As theowner, you get one star (at best), the food gets a five, and your hard-working short-staffed and nice employees get a five(because you no-doubt have them fib, they are loyal). Don't be a tight-wad. Pay your employees more to keep them, and offermore for new hires. You can do better, for your customers! Read more

This place was way better than I expected. I haven't been to a Jimboy's in years but it sounded good. Went in and was blown... away. Modern decor, super clean, and the menu looked fresh. We had the street tacos and LOVED them. Kept talking about how wewere surprised that we were in a Jimboy's. Looks like the chain is stepping it up and it shows. Read more
