Theres a new guy a think and he made my burrito with a little bit of meat on one side and the rest of the burrito was just... cheese, guac, and lettuce. the meat tasted like chicken when i had asked for pulled pork. The tortilla was also falling apartbecause it was a raw tortilla just crumbling and cracking apart. I cant even ask for a refund because i took it to go and allfell apart. I placed a large order including a family meal and some additional items including the creme-filled churros. We enjoyed our... food (even though the tacos were all broken because they put all of the burritos on top of the tacos) and when it came time toenjoy our sweet treat I noticed the churros didn't have any cinnamon or sugar on them. Since our order was large and they werebusy I figured I would call and see if we could come back to get the churros made correctly. The employee who answered the phone had to place me on hold but when they were able to help me they apologized for the mistake and placed me on hold to discusswith the manager. The manager gets on the phone and says oh, the creme-filled churros don't have sugar unless you request it. Isaid, that's strange your picture online shows them with the cinnamon and sugar. He said - oh, sorry about that and quickly sayswell you have a good day and he hung up. It was poor customer service on the part of the manager. I'll take my businesselsewhere. I absolutely love these tacos. Nobody makes them like Jimboys. I sure wish there was one closer to my home. Place was very... clean. COVID-19 precautions were in place and utilized. I was comfortable to stay inside to eat. Nowadays I generally alwaystake my food out. Read more
I kept hearing about Jim Boy Tacos and always wanted to try it and finally had the chance. I think it's good for what it is.... Coming from Socal where the Mexican food is SO good, it's hard to compare. I had the original taco and the fish taco. Both weregood. I liked them fine. I'm not sure I'd go back again on my own, but if I was invited, I wouldn't say no. The staff was veryfriendly and plenty of people go there to eat. Read more
This jimboys is easily the best one in the area, if you go to Roseville or other nearby locations they give you way smaller... portions, like up to 40% smaller on things like the 3 cheese quesadilla. The food is almost always cooked perfect here. Portionsare large. Prices are good. Don't door dash from the other places. Just drive here and save the 10 bucks and get better and morefood Read more
