Best fast food tacos. Still feel I'm not getting value for my money.

Never had bad tacos at Jimboy's. I've been eating their original tacos since I was in High School out at Denio's Farmers Market... and Auction in Roseville, CA (17 yrs young). I'm 60 yrs young now! LoL! Yep! I'd say they were doing something right. Read more
Love my enchilada combo plate really good food lots of it for the price. Tacos on the combo plate not so good they were sort of... soaked and hard to eat and meat didn't taste as good as the other jimboys. We'll go back and try tacos again and see if they'rebetter but I will go back for my enchiladas. Read more
I find Jimboy?s extremely overrated, much like Five Guys. This store is worse than most because they don?t make the tacos the... same as other locations. I find the outside of their taco shells lacking grated cheese. Without the proper amount of cheese,this location lacks the ?Jimboy?s? nostalgia. Read more
I visited this location because it?s close to my house. Only thing is, they don?t have a drive thru. But my experience was poor,... due to what I saw. So I ordered our food and we (family and I) were waiting for it while we waited a man walks in and proceedsto tell the cashier that his togo order was incorrect. When he got home he noticed items were missing from the order and hedrove back and told to tell them and so the lady at registers asks the cook, and the man is there waiting and the lady was like?ok 1 burrito not 2? and I guess he was missing two of them, she said they could only give him 1 based on what the cook saidthat she did in fact out two in that order, and I?m just there listening and waiting for my food. And her and gentleman go backand forth wether it was one or two burritos and I just felt like it was unprofessional, why would he come all the way back toargue about missing food that?s a hassle and I just felt like it was an easy fix, give the customer what he wants he obviouslypaid for food that was missing and there was no need to go back and forth. I?m be worked in the fast food industry before andit?s really not that serious, I was upset for the gentleman. And for that reason, I will no longer visit this location again.Very bad first impression and I will go elsewhere. Staff needs to be retrained on customer service. Read more
This Jimboy location is awesome. Very good customer service. They also accept their reward system. And they have Samsung Pay.
