I paid $43.49 and the portions were not up to par. One side I ordered was coleslaw, and instead was given mashed potatoes. The... order was for original, and they gave me crispy. They just threw the biscuits in the same bucket as the chicken. Most all of thechicken fit on one plate. The drive through employee didn't even fully fill up the drink we ordered. The drive through employeeheld on to my credit card and started making drinks, then my card was passed around the crew, and now I have to monitor my cardas well with the shady employees. It had been a while since we had kfc and now I remember why. The fries suck big time. The potatoe wedges used to be the best.... Now this soggy old tasting fries are awful. Chicken not fresh and crunchy like it used to be. I'm surprised this place is stillopen. Nothing remarkable about the cashier other than poor attitude. Bought a 16 piece meal and almost half the bucket was wings - 6 wings, 5 drumsticks and only ONE thigh - nice we had 4 breasts,... but I did not spend over $45 to have almost half of the buckets be wings - didn't realize it until the next night when I wasfixing the leftovers for dinner for my mom and I - both of us on fixed incomes so not happy - happened 2 nights ago and can'teven go into the lobby because they have it closed Read more
Not happy. The Wednesday special I got today was supposed to be $5 including taxes should have been less than 6. I paid almost 7... ???? so always pay attention to what you paid and also check that your biscuits are complete. Read more
FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. WORST PLACE EVER. I didn't expect for it to happen but after seeing the sign and they failed to give me my... receipt, They refused to give me the meal free ( as advertised. See attached photo) It was a measly $4.51 cents but the chickenwas dry and old , biscuit was hard and not edible. The girl ( Who gave me back my card and no receipt, went to the back andcame back again and "Said, Oh we are not doing that anymore or and then I asked to see the manager and then the manager cameand said yes and yes that is correct we are not doing that anymore and that sign should not be there and I said isn't that falseadvertisement and they said no said no because the sign should not be there and I thought to myself you just proved my point butI will never ever As long as I live go back to that location again and I will go to popeye's chicken from now on which is wayway better anyhow. Dont ever get extra crispy if they tell you if they can can give you extra crispy over orginal say NO don't ever make that... mistake had several times hoping it was just a bad day for them its terrible always, they will try & force it on you with claimsits all they have or you need to wait in busy nights just wait don't let them talk you into it just wait if its a option or gosomewhere else. You will waste your money on extra crispy. They forgot stuff on big orders often. I have made orders just noticea large side is missing just to go to the door & had them refused to open it door for something so small. so I could get had gothrough drive again for another 30 mins ???? just check every little thing on family meals they will forget it often.
