First time here. Was about 5 to 7 customers in lobby standing. Didn't know where to order. Once a lady ask me to come up to... order I could tell from her sigh she didn't want me here. She was very quiet when she talked to I had no idea what she wasasking. Their radio was very loud. Ordered a combo. Paid. And wanted my drink but she said no drink with combo and walked away.Stunned I just stood in the lobby, intoxicated with the smell of cleaning material, because another employee was mopping aroundall the waiting customers. I came here after inquiring with a friend as to some good fried chicken. First off, chicken tenders and wings are not fried... chicken, in my most humblest of opinions. The wings were ¯_(?)_/¯. They fry them all, even the bbq ones. The chicken tenderswere... Chicken tenders... Not much different from the frozen premade ones at the store. The best part of the meal was the tatertots, and even those were way too salty. Maybe I went on a bad day or my expectations were falsely high. Kiki's is one of my favorite places to get food in Sac. I always get chicken tenders, tots, and a huge side of ranch dip. Their... tenders are the right combination of crispy and juicy, and their tots and fries are cooked to perfection. I've also enjoyedtheir salad options, but if you're coming to Kiki's just go for it, man. You know that's not why you're here. Get those Kiki'sfries and live your best life. You won't regret it! Usually this place is amazing. I must say ever since they've opened up multiple locations, it seems as if the original locations... do not cook with the same quality or love like it use too. I am sorry to say it seems more like a quick burger place now with nocare or passion for the food it serves. Coming from a customer that's been enjoying this chicken an fries combination. Read more
Usually this place is amazing, but tonight I ordered my usual and I'm pretty disappointed! I ordered the 20 piece boneless wings... with honey bbq. Tossed in the bbq sauce. That's not tossed. It's a light drizzle. Some of these also smell and taste like aBuffalo sauce, they have a little kick to it. New employees who don't care? Not sure. But I'm super disappointed ???? Read more
Decited to try this plce for the first time because my husband raved about them so much. I ordered the chicken tenders and the... garlic fries. So comparing them to chick filet I think chick fil A is way more tender and flavorful. Garlic fries were good butneeded more garlic and salt. Read more
As soon as I notice that we ordered from the Marconi location, and we intended to order from the Madison location, we called the... store and asked them to cancel our order. They said they could not help us. Every time I cancel from other restaurants they helpme cancel it but this girl said she could not help me. Either way I ended up driving to the location I got the food and theywere overcooked and dry. We don't recommend this location, It would be better if you went to a different Kikis store. I wish Ihad gone to a different Kikis food chain. Read more
