I bought pizza here for my grandsons birthday and I was so happy with the pizzas, the value, quality, customer service and... efficiency of service since I needed several! I decided to try a deep deep cheese pizza, added mushrooms and asked them to cutsmaller pieces so I can use it as an appetizer and it was great for the adults, we loved it! I would definitely feel goodbringing this to a gathering, it was really good, my grandson wants me to order one now lol waiting til 10 for them toopen!***we revisited this location on Monday, it was quite busy. The young lady cashiering and taking orders by phone and inperson was multitasking like an Olympic professional while maintaing excellent customer service. It was very commendable. They have a very nice cashier and is very quick to acknowledging a customer upon entering. NO RESTROOM AND NO DINNING. However... very swift and speedy service is almost always, at this location. Low volume customers and does offer pre-orders, support app.Orders, visa/debit, and NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS. Lots of parking space with barbershop on the left and laundromat to the right. Thislittle Caesars is the location if you need to be in and out, on a lunch break, or just prefer to not be clustered with people.The lobby is very small but low volume customers. Read more
The Little Caesars on Fruitridge Rd. has consistently produced hot fresh tasty pepperoni pizza for years. Fairly recently they... have expanded their menu choices to appeal to a more demanding diner. I had the 'Extra Most Bestest' stuffed crust, pepperoni w/pineapple. Little Caesars has raised the bar & proven they can compete with the best in the pizza business. It took about 15mins. to cook up my special order, but worth the wait. If you want a super fast bargain pizza the kids will love, ' Hot & Ready' makes it happen. Read more
There's no hot and ready pizza here no more, and don't worry about calling it in either because you might wait longer... We get... from here all the time just cuz it's conveniently close.. but don't go out of your way last time I called two pizzas in withbread sticks a half an hour before I got there and waited a half an hour when I got there. Everybody crowds on the inside too sonot so great. Go to Papa Murphy's right around the corner you might have to cook it at home but at least it'll be hot. Read more
I'm asking everyone who enters this establishment to please show Laura a little kindness. As I don't believe she has ever... experienced it herself. I went in at 9:00pm on Tuesday evening (11/29/22). I had a long day at work and didn't feel like cookingand just wanted a fresh pizza. The place was empty. No one was waiting. I saw 3 pizzas sitting in the warmer. Laura came up tothe front to assist me. I politely asked Laura how long the pizzas had been sitting in there and she replied that they are timedand that they can't sell them after a certain time. I asked if I could take a peek at one before I bought it and she stated thatshe couldn't do that. Understandably so. Laura did the right thing. That being said, I kinda wrinkled my nose and politely askedto order a fresh one. Laura stated that it would be 15-20 minutes. I agreed to wait as I stated earlier, I just wanted a freshpizza. I paid for my order and went to my car to wait for Laura to prepare my fresh pizza. I went back in to check on theprogress about 15 minute slater. I was tired and just wanted to go home, enjoy my freshly made pizza and jump into bed for thenight. Laura pulled a pizza out from the bottom warmer. Laura had a grin on her face that just didn't sit right with me. I askedher to double cut my pizza and when she did, she did it where I could see what she was doing. I noticed two things. 1) the pizzalooked old. 2) there were now only 2 pizzas in the top warmer instead of 3. Instead of preparing the fresh pizza that I hadordered, she merely switched boxes and tried to pass off an old pizza for a fresh one. I was way too tired to make a fuss as I'mmore of a passivist and I really just didn't want to wait another 20 minutes. I just wanted to get home. So again, I ask pleaseshow Ms Laura, the night person at this store some kindness and maybe she will learn how to show it in turn. Thank you. Read more
