If you wanna be disrespected and kicked out for drinking WATER from the bouncers this is the place to go! There?s a way to talk... to people and a way to get yourself knocked I should of but my friends kept holding me back. Literally was belittled anddisrespected for literally no reason by one of the bouncers either his name is dug or Richard his coworkers kept sayingdifferent names at me, he?s short, white and has glasses. I wasn?t drunk to the point I was agressive or looking for issuesliterally me and my girls went out for a fun girls night and something like this happens to me for drinking literal WATER. 3other bouncers ended up coming up to me apologizing and telling me he?s been having issues with people for awhile they weresweet enough to offer me free entry on Friday if I wanted to but that?s not the point I?ve been coming here for years and I?venever been treated as such. They messed up my order twice and the chefs just glared at me from the kitchen area. Forced gratuity and some other health and... wellness fee without any notice. Only one bartender was working when it was busy and it was hard to even place an order. Theplace needs better organization and customer service skills. Read more

Went out on a Sunday night and the bartender that was fat with two ponytails was a JERK! We ordered two drinks looked for our... card to pay and he disrespects me as a woman and Yells that we are "cut off" We felt racially profiled because they refused toserve us. We remained calm and asked for our drinks again and they said that they are refusing US service because we had an"Attitude" This was so frustrating, the manager came over and was WORTHLESS He said we were handling it nicely, and told us hehas to stand behind his bartenders and Refuse us Service! Worst experience ever THEY'RE RACIST AND WORTHLESS! Worthless RudeStaff overall! Disgusting behavior from that bartender especially! And lack of leadership on the management side as well! Read more
As my first time here, I definitely was impressed. Being new to the area I am always trying to find great spots for vegan food.... With a dairy allergy, the staff was helpful in guiding me to find great food choices. Their in house cola was so good, one ofthe best I've had. Definitely will be back again with me family. Read more
Place has date night spot all over it, great booze selection. Beer but the sleeper are the craft cocktails, the bar staff was... running and gunning, great service. The burger was quite delicious, fries very very good! All the dips were spot on, I wouldwant to try them all for the pretzels next time. First time going to a comedy show downtown as well as getting drinks at LowBrau. We had a bartender eager to get a drink for us... and I told him this was our first time here and he suggested a couple of drinks we might like. When we paid for our drinks thetotal did not add up because this place adds on the gratuity automatically and he didn't feel as if he should tell us. So wedouble tipped him and we probably won't return because it just left a bad taste in my mouth. We don't mind tipping and myhusband used to be a bartender, but it would have been kind if he simply let us know since it was our first time here. We arenew to Sacramento and I wonder how many people he has done this to just for extra tips. Read more
