Stood in line for the manager and crew to completely ignore me. I waited at the register and everyone just walk pass me like i... didnt exist. No acknowledgement or anything. I will not be returning. I only go to McDonald's for drinks and dessert, usually. I am leaving a review for this location solely to give a shout out to... an employee named Dylan (? spelling). He has worked the drive thru the last few times that I have gone. He is efficient andpolite, but also genuinely friendly and kind. He brightens my day a bit each time that I have gone. Great place for kids they have a nice playroom so it's always good for children. The food is always hot and good they're pretty... good at making fresh food I pretty much order a coffee three times a day most of my times the coffee is made fresh and hot a fewtimes the coffee was less than hot like kind of lukewarm a couple times they forgot my sugar but most of the times they're goodwith my coffee the service is really good everyone's friendly and nice the cleaning lady is awesome she's the best out ofeverybody she keeps the place super clean every time I come in she's cleaning all day and she's very nice. Waited approximately 8 minutes to place an order in the drive thru! Upon pick up, I was missing half of my order. When I went... inside to complaint, we learned that my order was not fully recorded! I grew up in this neighborhood and was frequently taken here to get a happy meal as a child. It is amazing how much this... location has changed over time. I enjoyed my meal with my family. The food was good and the service was good. I felt like thedining room was adequately clean. I noticed a play area was added on. It was nice to visit again after 30 years. Read more

Well my review has changed because"Janette" the pretend manager wants to claim she took my order and then when I asked why she... did not add all items I wanted claimed someone else took my order. She was extremely rude and argued with me in front ofcustomers. Check your video footage. I come here a lot and buy a lot for 5 kids. This was a bad visit again to this location. They forgot to give us our 3 hash browns and messed up my sisters coffee. They said... to her oh you ordered black and she ordered vanilla. It said vanilla on the recipe. This other customer got two coffee theworker didnt put the lid on right and it spill all over the place and burn the customer didn't even ask if he was okay orapologize.
